The property was beautifully situated on the bay with comfortable decks to sit on. The kitchen was well appointed for every need and the bedrooms were comfortable. Excellent communication leading up and during the visit. Will certainly use this property again if possible.

This property were spectacular. Incredible views from the balcony off of the living room and the master bedroom. If we were at the house, we were mostly on the porch. Beds were very comfortable. Check-in was very easy. We did plan to do any cooking. However if we had wanted to do cooking, I feel like the kitchen wasn’t that well stocked.We will definitely be back Chincoteague and will most likely rent this place again

The condo was really nice and cozy. We had a relaxing time. Bring extra blankets if you come in winter.Some of the kitchen items needed to be washed before using and we needed a few more pots and pans to make our holiday feast.

A perfect week

Plenty of room to accommodate everyone’s needs for community and individual time. The location is absolutely perfect and gorgeous for sunsets. The kitchen is well stocked and the management team was amazing. We will absolutely be back!

Excellent weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Sunrises and sunsets on the balcony are breathtaking. City center is in walking distance. Very quiet location. Overall really great

Nice Condo

Very easy check-in. Floors a little sticky and dirty, but overall, a nice condo. Great town and Loved the ponies.

Awesome Sunsets

Wonderfully comfortable property conveniently located within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Lots of opportunities to see beautiful sunsets from the porch!

Amazing place!

Not one complaint from us on this property! Clean, plenty of room, great view from one of several balconies, awesome location within walking distance to food, shopping, and carnival grounds, easy communication with property manager and no in person check in our out required! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

July 4th Fun

Perfect property to view Fair Ground fireworks and easy walk to carnival grounds. We love the island and come a couple of times a year. Great property, we'll be back!

Little bit of Paradise

Perfect location to enjoy Chincoteague. Lovely multi level living space with balconies facing the water and gorgeous sunsets. Very attentive property managers…we had no issues, but appreciated the check-in’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Time At Waters Edge

Waters Edge provided all the comforts of home. The views from both floors were remarkable wirh the bonus of watching the sunset from the living room and master bedroom. Location was central to our activities. Highly recommended this property!

EXACTLY as described - and better!

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The bedrooms are a good size and each has their own deck. The sunset views are fantastic! Easy to do business with, the property company was very responsive quickly and checked in on us periodically with inclement weather (Hurricane Debbie came closely)
