Cozy Cottage Stay

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was awesome, the location was the perfect distance from the main beach. You could enjoy the craziness of the beach area then come home and relax peacefully with the beautiful view of the water. Beds were cozy, and the pullout couch offered lots of sleeping space. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the dining space outside overlooking the water made it even better. Would definitely recommend for those who want a comfortable peaceful space after a day on the beach 😊

Amazing

The sunsets were out of this world. We had so much fun; fire on the river; games around the table; morning coffee on the deck. Levon is the ' host with the most'. We are making it an annual affair. Thanks Levon for an amazing vacation.

Love Cozy Cottage!

My family loved staying at this cottage! It was new and clean, right on the water, fully equipped, and peacefully decorated. We were able to BBQ and have a campfire, cook when we wanted, but be close enough to other options when we didn’t. Right between Beach 1 and New Wasaga Beach so we went to both! The Owners were courteous and provided directions, offered suggestions, and we experienced a whole new adventure at Wasaga this year. Thank you!!

Wasaga Beach

The best part about this property is the location, it is 3 minutes away from the main beach and has a lot of restaurants and stores very close by, including the most efficient Tim Hortons I've ever been to. It was a lso very beautifully located on a river front where the kids enjoyed playing, however, I did find that there was quite a bit of garbage that could have been picked up to make it more welcoming. The other issues I had were, the posting says there is a hot tub in the amenities which I always look for because my kids are obsessed, but there is no hot tub. The wifi was extremely weak and only worked for less than hour.

Disappointed

Honestly was very excited to spend New Year’s Eve snowboarding and skiing at blue mountain. This listen was close by and appeared to have everything we needed ! As per the listing it states to text upon arrival. The host didn’t respond .. we waited 35 mins after check in. Still no answer , I finally had to call VRBO rep which I was on the phone for 20 plus minutes still waiting. The number connected to the account was not correct as I called and texted many times. Finally the rep got the code for me and said the host messaged back. They messaged after the rep got me the code. Spent over 1000 for 2 nights and the wifi did not work and the plumbing backed up into the bathtub and toilets. We were not able to shower and couldn’t properly use the bathroom. I contacted the host upon leaving and no response. I was giving them 24 hours to rectify the issue before I posted this. Overall would NOT ever recommend this house or this rental “company”
