Denne mexicanske kolonial ligger direkte fra 4. tee i verdensklasse Robert Von Hagge designet Hard Rock Golf Club i det indhegnede samfund Playacar. Denne nyrenoverede villa ligger en kort gåtur til den sydlige ende af Playa berømte 5th Avenue med butikker, caféer, restauranter og strandklubber. Det er også en 8-minutters gang til stranden eller til Cozumel-færgen. En kort cab ride fører dig til flere supermarkeder, hvor du kan få dine libations og mad til lokale priser.

Inden for Playacar er du let gåafstand til restauranter, butikker, nærbutikker, golfklubben og et nyåbnede indkøbscenter.

Første sal har et pulverrum, vaskerum og et soveværelse med dobbeltseng. Gæsterne kan samles i gourmetkøkken med opvaskemaskine, rustfrit stål og bordplade af granit. Spise- og opholdsområderne har udsigt over poolen, haven og golfbanen.

Nyd en drink under det overdækkede pooldæk, og se golfspillere, mens de begynder.

Den anden sal har to soveværelser, hver med en queensize-seng. De deler et talavera-badeværelse med granitbord og walk-in-shower. Master-suiten med en kingsize-seng og afslapningsområdet strækker sig til en stor palapa-overdækket terrasse med plads til din morgenkaffe eller sene aftener. Det har sit eget private badeværelse med stort glas-lukket brusebad og granit tællere.

Gæster har adgang til et sikkert, to fladskærms-tv med HBO og Netflix, gratis WIFI og telefon med gratis Mexico, USA og Canadisk opkald. Alle værelser har loftsventilatorer og mini-split aircondition. Great location, great pool

Our 4 year old really liked the bridge over the pool and the easy walks to the smoothie shop. The house was well set up for cooking.

Amazing!

This is a beautiful house. The property and pool are well maintained. The community is safe and clean. It’s easy walking access to the beach, 5th street, and downtown. Ruben is just the nicest guy. Great experience all around.

Family Christmas

We celebrated Christmas and New Years at this casa. We were 6 adults and 1 infant. Great place for a family. Plenty of room to host a large group. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and small appliances. The house manager, Reuben, was available to our group whenever we needed him. All went well and I would highly recommend this casa for your family.

Great house!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Krystina. The pool was definitely the highlight! Great walking distance to town and we felt very safe during our stay. Reuben was very accommodating and answered any questions. The house could use some updating (beds) and maybe a little better stocked kitchen (spices, cooking spray etc) but overall it was great. Thank you!

Solid choice in Playacar!

Overall we were quite happy with our experience! It's a nice house in a great location. We had a few issues with the AC, but I think it was just bad luck as they clearly try very hard to keep the house in good shape. My only real critique is there's not really a nice outdoor space for hanging out/eating meals/etc so we spent more time indoors than I would have liked.

Gated community

The house is located inside a gated community in a very quiet cul de sac. The fenced-in back yard has a swimming pool and a view of the golf course and beautiful surrounding landscaping. The house is fully furnished and the three bedrooms are well appointed and beds are comfortable. The kitchen and d/r are large and all utensils, plates, glasses are available for meal preparation. We enjoyed our stay and above all the Manager's constant support (Ruben) who helped us get settled in the house and with anything we needed during our stay. Thank you so much, Ruben.

Family Fun and Relaxation in Playacar

We so enjoyed our "winter" vacation at this home in Playacar. This was our first trip to this area of the Yucatan. The property is in a great location- within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery store, the beach, bus station, and the bustling shopping district of Fifth Avenue. The property is well maintained and the pool was a huge hit with our grandkids, ages 9 and 12 (the adults enjoyed it as well!). Reuben, the property manager and our "guardian angel", was readily available to answer all questions and gave us some great advice regarding activities, attractions and navigating our way there. Reuben was also very responsive and attended very quickly to a problem with a running toilet-a one time incident- that was resolved quickly (on New Year's Eve, no less!). This was the best Christmas gift ever for all of us!

Perfect place for a family Christmas!!!

Casa Krystina was absolutely fabulous!!! We are a family of 7 (all adults) and we had so much room in this comfortable home. The kitchen was more equipped than any BnB or rental we've had over the past 40+ years....even more than our own home! The host provided everything you need to begin your stay, which was different from most homes where you might have to purchase laundry and dishwashing detergents or coffee filters and ice. It just had everything for a very comfortable stay. The pool was truly a plus and was used daily. We had a few glitches, but they were quickly remedied and Ruben and Teresa were very friendly and helpful. The location is safe and close to so many restaurants and shopping areas. This was our 5th Christmas week in Playa del Carmen and will certainly not be our last and we look forward to our next visit to Playa and to Casa Krystina! Thanks Tom!!!

Family Vacation

This was our first time visiting Mexico, aside from a couple day trips on a cruise several years ago. We were here for two, relaxing weeks. Loved the Villa on a very quite cul-de-sac. Perfect for our adult family of 5. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Pool was a big plus looking out at golf course. Host has provided all the necessary amenities, including beach bags, board games, ice chest if needed, plenty of beach/pool towels, etc. If you like eating in, kitchen fully stocked w/anything you might need. Property managers where amazing, very helpful and always available. Great location in a gated community w/restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery stores, including Sam's Club, all within walking distance. We went to Tulum one day to a couple of Cenotes, (sink holes for swimming, diving). Also, visited the Tulum ruins. Highly recommend this Villa if you are visiting Playa del Carmen. Simply amazing!

We have had the most incredible time staying at Casa Kristyna. Tom the owner was super ( and very patient!), answering all our questions before we arrived. Reuben the property manager and his wife Theresa could not have been more helpful; from booking tennis courts and organising the best trips for us - they truly were amazing. The house is located on the most spectacular golf course. It’s cheaper if you play the twilight session and they let you on earlier than advertised so it’s still possible to play 18 holes. My boys loved it! The local amenities are all within walking distance so we ate out most evenings but the kitchen it so well equipped that you could easily eat at home every eve. We visited 2 cenotes, Tulum, Chichen Itza, Valleldeloid, Cozumel and took a snorkelling boat trip to see the coral reef at Puerto Morajes, Every trip was an adventure and we loved coming back to cool down in our pool. There’s loads of games here, towels, hair dryer…even hair straighteners! We don’t want to go home. Thanks Tom and Karen for sharing your home, and Reuben and Theresa for making our stay so special.

This place was very clean and nice. The property manager and wife was very friendly and helpful. Wished I could have stayed longer. My friends and I would definitely stay here again. Excellent!

This is a beautiful property. My family had a wonderful time thanks to Ruben and Tere being there for anything we needed. These two are so helpful. I can’t say how much we appreciated them. The property felt very safe. The house was perfect, pool was perfect. Setting was beautiful and relaxing. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Tom was so easy to communicate with and helpful with advice. We were so lucky to have found this house and people! Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!

Exceptional home in Playacar

This was a great location. It was only about a 10 minute walk from the gulf and the city of Playa del Carmen, but at the same time it was a quiet retreat from the action. Not having to drive to the water and town was a real plus. The house is a lovely location and easily accommodated a party of six plus three other family members who were staying nearby but visited frequently. The kids loved the pool and never wanted to leave and parents appreciated being able to supervise from inside the house. Pictures do not (perhaps they cannot) do justice to the quality of this property. Probably the most important part of this rental is the exceptional quality of management. Tom, the owner, made booking easy and kept us informed about important updates (such as COVID info) prior to our arrival. Furthermore, Ruben the local manager in Playcar responded quickly to all requests. He can truly take care of anything. We have stayed an many properties and have never had better hosts. So, don't hesitate to book this exceptional home!

Nice House, great pool, good location and amazing property managers

Three of us stayed here for an extended vacation for 10 days and we had a great time. The house is large, the kitchen and dining area is nice and open. The kitchen is fully stocked which is great if you plan to get groceries and do some cooking. The pool is very large and a lot of fun was had in it. The temperature was a little cold when we first got there as the overnight dipped to 16 degrees C but a few sunny days at 27-30 degrees C warmed it nicely and it was very refreshing. We enjoyed the deck off the master to have dinner on warm evenings. We felt very safe in the house and liked that the yard is fenced up. We strongly recommend Laura and Luca for coffee and breakfast. We had one dinner at Casa Sofia and all really enjoyed the food And the Tx Gastro bar was also very good. All three locations were very affordable. All three are just outside the playacar gate and are a 5-10 minute walk. Within playacar we very safe. We enjoyed the bikes to ride around the community and also really enjoyed playacar beach which was a 10-15 minute walk. Once there you can walk south down the beach for an hour or so if you’d like to enjoy the sun and peak at some beautiful houses and variety of resorts. The location was good being so close to everything. We were able to walk to Walmart in Playa SEL Carmen for groceries and it took about 20-25 minutes. Also the tourist strip can be reached by walking for about 15-20 minutes. Tom was quick to respond and good to deal with. Ruben and Tere were great and they checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well and immediately fixed any issues that arose. They were very nice and sweet and a huge asset to have to help this property. The pool was cleaned almost daily and the house once a week while we were there. Our only “complaints” if you want to call it that is we found the beds very hard and we wish there were more loungers and more seating area on sunny side of the pool without sitting in the grass (possibly a wood section between the cement and fence). Unless you are a large group who all like to spend all day lounging in the sun by the pool you will be very happy. The price was very affordable for the size of house, size of pool all to yourself and great location. And if you truly want the sun from 8am to 5pm you can go to the close beach and suntan there all day long.

Perfect 2 week stay for our family of 8, with 2 kids

Staying at Tom’s place in Playacar met our expectations and we were very happy with everything. Ruben was a great help as well. The location was ideal for our needs because we wanted a place close to everything but in a quiet spot. The rooms and spaciousness in the villa were excellent. We all recommend it and would stay again.

Family trip in Playacar

Large private house in the gated community of Playacar. The house is very well taken care of, clean, spacious and easily accessible to all the local attractions. Ruben and Theresa take exceptional care of the house, and are unbelievably welcoming, nice, responsive and helpful to any of your needs. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend this home as a great place to stay on vacation. If you love golf you are located off the 4th hole of the Hard Rock Golf course.

Perfect home away from home and more!

The home and it’s amenities exceeded the description as given in the property listing. This secure home in a gated community was spacious , tastefully decorated with Mexican art, clean, well equipped and truly within a comfortable walking distance to the beach and Fifth Avenue. The rental rate for a home of this caliber and location on a golf course was most reasonable even in Canadian dollars! The forty foot long pool was cleaned and maintained almost daily. The spacious kitchen is more than well stocked with brand name implements. Access to in home laundry facilities made packing easier. We chose to use fans and windows more than airconditioning as cautioned and had no electrical additional charges. Ruben, the property manager, was most accommodating anticipating our needs or inquiries. The friendly owners provided us with many details of what to see, to do, or places to dine out should you desire. Having stayed at other rental properties in Playa on past vacations- this is on our best stay list!
