WE ENJOYED OUR STAY

The home was exactly as advertised. It was close to restaurants and attractions. While the neighborhood was safe, the main roads leading to the neighborhood had interesting characters walking about. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfection at its best!!

This property is great, exactly what you see in the pictures no edits. Host is very professional and was extremely accommodating and the location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores/pharmacies. Friendly neighborhood though not very Quiet. Property is just perfect for a family to stay. We will surely come back!

Home away from home

I had a great time in Fort Lauderdale in this beautiful home. House is very spacious, bedrooms are big enough. The property is very clean,in and out. The host was very helpful and available anytime we needed help. Place is well gazetted and very secure with security cameras all around the property. Neighbour’s are very friendly. Check-in was very easy, my room was beautiful, and the area is a few minutes drive to the beach and restaurants. I would stay here next time I’m in FLL!

The house is beautiful.

My family and I enjoyed this lovely home. Very spacious and clean the rooms and bathrooms are huge .This house can easily accommodate a large family. The only issues was that its nerve wrecking trying to keep the white furniture white with kids involved. It was also very unrealistic to limit guest to only 1 towel for their entire stay.

Bad location- okay home

This home looks similar to the photos in the listing but is in a very unsafe location. The host does provide good security but our larger group still felt unsafe. The host also did not provide checkout instructions until 40 minutes before we had to leave the property. Host was very courteous when we had problems and responded quickly. Lots of linens to use but lacked pillows, some dishes, and cooking utensils. Overall we would not stay again but if you’re okay staying in a bad neighborhood then it shouldn’t be a problem.

Indeed, as you said, it is a very secure home. there are cameras at all corners of the property. Home is well gazetted and protect by xfinity. The Locks are remotely controlled and monitored. This is one of the best secure homes you will ever have at any private property. We are concerned with your statement of ''Bad Location". You used this to rate our home at 2, very disappointing. We checked the Camera footages during your entire stay and did not see any security threat at the property that could be the reason to rate the location as Bad. There was no trespass, no robbery, no security threat at all. We are concerned by what criteria was used to rate the location as a "Bad Location". Our property is located in the community of people who are very loving, caring and protective of the entire community. Our very close Neighbour is police officer. He is very friendly and also available if we need anything. Just because people in the community are of different color from you guys, this cannot be used to rate the Neighbour as bad, unless you have a clear explanation of what criteria you used to rate the location as Bad. We would like to let you know that we will do whatever it takes to makes our home a very safe place to stay. All the comments you suggested that are within our control, we will make sure to improve and do better for our guests. We however do not have control over what happens in the community that made you feel unsafe if any. We just want to provide assurance to all our guest that the location is very safe contrary to what you read in this review. We also want to mention that the property itself is well protected and secure. Thank you
