Number 35 is the perfect accommodation for year-round getaways. Unwind and relax in our contemporary open plan home within 10 minutes walking distance from Martinborough Village, and all that is on offer! Take a dip in Pinot Grove communal heated swimming pool (Closed easter to labour weekend) or enjoy a game of tennis on the full-size court - the options are endless!



In Summer, open the sliding doors to the sun-filled decks, cook on the BBQ, dine alfresco under the garden pergola, play tennis and petanque or take a swim in the 20-metre saltwater pool nearby – the choices are yours!



In Winter, light the fire (or switch on the heat pump) and relax watching the 50” UHD Smart TV with access to Netflix and Freeview, or enjoy board games while you wait for the roast to cook in the fully equipped kitchen.

The square is just a short drive for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant or have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.



Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants` Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.



Just half an hour`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.



Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder!



There is a bus stop right outside Pinot Grove which will take you to Featherston Train station, from there you can travel to Wellington or up to Masterton
