Welcome to our modern bay view home.
Indulge in a morning coffee on the balcony, or savour a wine and barbecue under the festoon lighting at night. Create your own pizza masterpieces in the wood‑fired oven, then gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars.
For the ultimate relaxation, step into our traditional barrel sauna and soak in the warmth.
Inside, vintage LPs, fast Wi‑Fi, and luxury linens await.. Enjoy all that the West Coast has to offer from our family‑friendly home.
The Space:
Our 3‑bedroom property features the following bedding configurations: 1 x King Bed and 2 x Queen Beds. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite and walk‑in robe for your comfort.
Our home is designed for a relaxing and comfortable stay, with a large open‑plan lounge and family area perfect for spending holiday time with your loved ones.
The main living room has a reverse‑cycle air conditioner for year‑round comfort, and in the cooler months you can enjoy the slow‑combustion wood fire, with some wood provided.
Step out to the front entertainment balcony for a BBQ and take in the peaceful bay views, or unwind in the backyard where you can:
Create your own pizzas in the wood‑fired oven
Relax in the traditional barrel sauna
Gather around the fire pit for an evening under the stars
Kids can play on the monkey bars
Our home is the perfect place to enjoy the best of coastal living, with plenty of space and amenities to make your stay memorable.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to entire home accept the double garage underneath the home and the small back garden shed.
The Neighborhood:
Peaceful, safe area, nature reserve opposite the property, beautiful views of Boston Bay
Getting Around:
Ample driveway parking space, close to nearby cafe and 6 minute drive to town centre (3.3km)
Interaction with Guests:
We are available to assist between the hours of 7am until 10pm daily should you have any concerns or require assistance.
If it’s urgent please message via the platform and we will endeavour to return your message as soon as possible.

Great house & hosts
Comfortable home with all the amenities needed for a great stay with friends. Ample off road parking, supremely comfortable beds and quiet neighbourhood.

Good getaway

Hi Craig, i just wanted to personally reach out and apologise for the two issues you experienced whilst staying at our home.
Whilst we do always try our absolute hardest to present a great holiday home to our guests, unfortunately we may not always get things perfect.
We 1oo% encourage and appreciate feedback as it helps us to improve in areas that we otherwise would not know.
Upon speaking to our cleaning team about the issue of drain odour, we were told that previous guests who had just departed chose to clean fish in the laundry sink, I suspect this may be the cause. Had we have known this prior to your arrival, all measures would have been undertaken, as is this case now.
With regard to the dog poo on the lawn,
Although we have a gardening team that maintains the yard on a fortnightly roster, We are also at the mercy of previous guests ensuring they clean up after their pets too.
Unfortunately also, as the yard is not fully fenced we are unable to stop other dogs from entering. The lawn area and house was inspected prior to your arrival and was definitely all clear.. but, I have recently noticed a neighbours dog from up the hill strays into the yard during late hours, which I suspect has occurred during your stay.
I know this information may be cold comfort, but I hope it goes some way to help in providing an explanation.
Again, we appreciate your review although it may be a good consideration in the future to reach out to the host during your stay if there is issues in order to provide them a chance to rectify. Unfortunately the short term rental market is less forgiving than traditional reviews of hotels and result in the algorithm dropping a listing down in rank.

Extremely well presented and clean, a beautiful fresh smell as you enter, instructions for accessing were good.
We didn't take children but the home is set up well for just adults or families with kids activities outside and in but also not in the way so to speak if just adults staying.
Insanely clean and kitchen fully stocked with pans, utensils etc you may need.
The only one thing we would note is if you're looking at the images ie fire pit, pizza oven, inside fire thinking you'll use 'all' of these, probably bring some wood as only some wood is left, but 'if' you intend to do that and bring some along you won't be disappointed.
Overall, a fantastic setup that has had a lot of thought put into the details to try to ensure a lovely stay for all and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful, relaxing, home away from home stay
Hello! Thank you so so much for the lovely stay in your home! It was so beautiful and homey. The view is breathtaking. And thank you for your warm welcome and for making us feel at home.
The attention to detail was insane, the book about the property and our stay contained all the information I needed and allowed for minimal contact needed between myself and the host without those little annoying constant questions “what time is bin night?” Etc; but in saying that the hosts would’ve been very happy to help in any way, with a message here and there wishing us a nice stay and a reminder if we had any questions or if we needed anything they were there!
When we come down again we will definitely stay here again, and I will recommend it to everyone if they ever head down this way. Thank you! Kind regards, Erin
