An Absolute Poolside Break by Casuarina Beach

This beachside home boasts a fresh, airy layout with sprawling indoor and outdoor spaces, a BBQ, high ceilings with cooling and ceiling fans throughout, a granny flat which you can use as an office, and a recreation room with a ping pong table. The glistening pool and the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen give you even less reasons to leave. It's in a secure position less than a 10-minute stroll to Casuarina Beach and the walking tracks of Dripstone Cliffs, and close to Charles Darwin University.
The open plan living areas are accentuated by soaring cathedral ceilings and enhanced with stylish furnishings. Staged around the central pool and alfresco dining area, the property showcases a beautiful transition between indoors and out. Enjoy some quiet hour to yourself in the yoga room or grab the rackets for a game of ping pong.

The entire property is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you cool. In the spacious living and dining area, an L-shaped sofa and scattered vignettes create plenty of room to relax, while a TV with Netflix caters to your entertainment needs. The large dining table encourages guests to come together for a shared meal at home after whipping up a feast in the full kitchen or making use of the BBQ grill outside.

The master suite is located off the dining room. This is truly a parents’ retreat with a sumptuous ensuite bathroom replete with a spa bath, dual shower heads and double sinks. The master also benefits from a walk-in wardrobe, direct access to the pool and adjoining dedicated office with a desk to set up your laptop. The next two bedrooms sleep four guests, with the second bedroom featuring a plush queen bed and the third offering two singles, ideal for those travelling with children. A high-chair and porta cot can also be provided. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom, with a bathtub, shower and separate powder room, while an internal laundry adds to your everyday convenience.

The granny flat is located at the other end of the house, accessed through the pool area, and is fully self-contained creating privacy for those travelling in a group. It features a queen-sized bed, kitchenette with a dining table and ensuite bathroom.

Parking is available on the driveway.

The northern suburb of Brinkin is located 20 minutes’ drive from Darwin’s city centre. It’s minutes from Casuarina Beach and Charles Darwin University and shopping at Casuarina Square. Walk or cycle along the Nightcliff foreshore and enjoy a dip at iconic Nightcliff Pool.

The Sunday Nightcliff Markets showcase a great range of arts and crafts along with food and local entertainment, while famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market offers Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $500 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $350 per cleaning.
