Welcome to Highridge D14, a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath mountain retreat nestled among the trees at the base of Killington Mountain on East Mountain Road. Offering peaceful wooded views and comfortable accommodations for up to six guests, this inviting condo is the perfect destination for families and small groups looking to enjoy Killington in every season.

The welcoming living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, cable TV, and plenty of space to relax after a day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essentials for cooking and dining. Enjoy meals together in the dining area or step onto the private balcony to take in the tranquil mountain setting.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, providing comfortable accommodations for family and friends. Two full bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.

Guests at Highridge Condominiums enjoy access to excellent shared amenities, including the Highridge Sports Center with an indoor pool, oversized outdoor hot tub, fitness equipment, game room, and outdoor tennis courts. During the winter season, a complimentary shuttle operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and peak holidays, and the Highridge ski-home trail provides access back to the complex when conditions allow. In the summer months, enjoy nearby hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation throughout the Killington area.

Highridge also offers four Level 2 EV chargers. Charger use requires advance registration through the SWTCH App, which must be downloaded prior to arrival.

Whether you're skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing by the fire after a day of adventure, Highridge D14 offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and classic Vermont mountain charm.

Things to keep in mind:

• Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking is in the unit.
• Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property.
• Pool towels for the sports center are in your Condo.
• Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo
• EV Chargers cannot be used until registration is complete; early registration is required. Guests must download the SWTCH app to register.
• Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• The Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow.
• Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo.
• Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM, seven days per week.
