The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the showers are great. The TV wasn’t working, but Sean sent us troubleshooting instructions that we tried with no success, so he replaced it with a new one the next day!

Great condo, good location. Communication with host could have been better, responses were brief & not very helpful. Requesting early check-in for 3:00 and not finding out it's not an option until 2:30 wasn't real convenient when travelling from 4 hours away.

Thank you for staying with us. We're glad the condo and location worked out well for you, and we hear you on the communication timing, an early check-in request should be confirmed well ahead of arrival, not left until the last hour. We'll use this to tighten up how those requests get handled. Hope to host you again on a future trip to the area.

Hampton Beach Great Stay

Beautifully maintained and clean condo with comfortable beds — a wonderful place to stay! We especially appreciated having access to the garage to store our beach gear. Communication with the owner was excellent, with quick and helpful responses. The only downside was some nighttime noise from the neighborhood bar. I would highly recommended!
