Thank you for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the great location close to Green Park Beach, the easy access, and the nice decor. It's wonderful to hear it made for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We hope to have you stay again in the future!

From the owner: "Thank you so much! We love our little house by the lake. I’m glad you enjoyed it as well!"

Thank you so much for the kind words. We love our little house and are very glad you enjoyed your stay. Hopefully the next time there will be more time available for you to enjoy it! We look forward to having you in the future.

Thank you so much for your kind review! I’m sorry it wasn’t clear that the kayaks are located at the put in by the river. We would have been happy to assist with that. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you stay again.

Thank you so much! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay. We are aware that the upstairs tends to stay hot, and hopefully you were able to use the additional fan or turn on the air conditioning unit to cool things off a bit. We look forward to having you stay again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. Bed comfort can vary from person to person, and while we understand preferences differ, we aim to provide a restful stay for everyone. For safety reasons, we do not provide a grill at the property. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts, and we're glad you found the home to be a cute space.

Thank you so much for the kind words. Every time we go to the house we try to make some small improvement based on the guest feedback. We’re definitely looking into some new items for around the fire pit. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to having you stay with us again in the future.

From the Owner: We appreciate your mentioning that the house was nice. We were sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We feel the price point, which is not set by us, is fair and a great deal for the location. - While the mattresses are new, we know that mattress preference is unique to each guest. - We have had record snowfall for the year with over 300 inches so far. We ensure the area is cleared before your arrival and plowed throughout your stay. However, we do not access the property itself while you are here so that we can maintain your privacy. We do provide shovels for your use. - We take cleanliness very seriously and will talk to the cleaner to bring the trash can to their attention and to ensure it is taken care of.

Hi Karla, we’re glad check-in was smooth and that the washer, dryer, and roomy, clean fridge made your hiking trip more comfortable. We followed up with the homeowner, who would like to share the following:- Our home is over 100 years old and has the unique character and quirks that come with a property of that age.- While counter space is limited, there is ample room to prepare and enjoy meals.- A window A/C unit was recently added for guest comfort, even though the listing notes that A/C is not typically available, as it’s rarely hot enough to require it.Thank you for taking the time to leave a review as we work to provide a 5-star stay for future guests. We would love to host you again when you are in the area.

Thank you so much! We’re very glad you enjoyed your stay. We love to stop and grab and ice cream on the way to the lake as well. I hope the next time you visit if you didn’t adventure over across the ORV trail that you adventure over that way. There’s a lovely boardwalk that we love to walk our girls on that has all kinds of things for them to stop and sniff.

Thank you for taking the time to rate your stay. We hope you enjoyed your time at the home, and we appreciate your feedback.

From the owner: "Thank you for leaving your rating of our home. We strive to provide a 5-star rating. We would love the opportunity to host you again."
