Beautiful views, quiet, and comfortable stay. The host was easy to get in contact with and the whole process went smooth. Would recommend for anyone making a trip to the area.

Beautiful property for a girls weekend. Our only issue was some of the elevators were not working, but that is no fault of the host and they were being repaired. We loved watching the deer , swimming in the pool. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed having breakfast on the spacious deck. Any issues we had even minor were addressed immediately. Beautiful condo.

The condo was lovely and just as pictured/described. It was spacious, and the kitchen had just about everything you would need for cooking meals. We enjoyed the hot tub and loved feeding the deer. The outdoor pool was a little chilly (in March) so we were disappointed that the indoor pool was drained and out of service. Overall, it was a relaxing vacation!

Great place to stay!

The property was as advertised. Great location and incredible zero gravity bed! Could have used a few more pans and pots for cooking, but awesome stay. We will be back.

Short Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at The Island. The unit was decorated very nicely. It should have been cleaned a little more thoroughly and the back patio was in need of a deep cleaning but overall, it was a nice getaway for my husband and I. We will definitely stay at The Island again.

2nd stay - great experience both times!

This our family’s second time staying here within a 4 year time span. Both times have been amazing, peaceful, and easy. Exactly what we needed! The condo is clean and well kept, the bed specifically is AMAZING. The deer food and being able to feed the deer is a LOVE from our kids. The views are beautiful and it overall is such an enjoyable stay both times we’ve been. Can’t wait to go back!

Our trip was simply not as advertised. Let me count the ways: Directions for parking were non-existent. We spent almost 20 min riding around in the parking garage trying to figure out where we're to park. The numbers on the columns don't correlate to storage units that don't match actual spot numbers that are not in order. We were not the only guests lost. Signage for the unit is incorrect, leading us to wander around with all our stuff looking for the unit. The indoor pool was drained. That was noted at the verrrrry bottom of the listing so you'll miss it if not careful. The restaurant is closed, so don't anticipate being able to eat anywhere but in the unit. Everything else is about 40 min away minimum. This was a major point of our decision to stay. To not update us was sneaky. The AC went out. The host informed us that emergency repairs would be made from 9am-2pm. AC did not come back until 2am. No updates at all. Host made it seem they didn't know the repairs would be happening but somehow knew they needed window units ahead of time. Only one bedroom had a unit. The living space smelled strongly of rum. Cleaning crews were clearly covering the smell with a number of air fresheners. The kitchen sink REEKED of mold.You're required to run the dishwasher before you leave, but they don't have dishwasher soap. I had to keep proding the host to get updates. I had to prove the restaurant was closed. They gave us 75 as a "refund" for a 600 stay. Never again.

After Christmas Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay on the Island and taking time together to relax after the busy holidays. The unit was absolutely pristine inside and had all of the amenities needed. Plenty of towels for our family and beach towels for the hot tubs. The boys played golf while the girls visited the shopping in Cedar Lake. We also took a nice hike around the island. We enjoyed letting the deer and ducks eat right out of our hands! Definitely a place we plan to visit again!

Not enough electric outlets in master bedroom or bathroom. Deck appeared to have never been swept or furniture vacuumed. No view of the lake. Otherwise it was all good.

Clean well equipped unit in a great facility.

The property was as advertised. The unit was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you'd need, and beach towels were provided. This unit was on the east side of the resort and so didn't have a lake view from the patio when we visited because the lake was too low. We spent evenings on the patio, where we could feed deer that approached from the deer corn supplied by the owner. The two women in our group went down and hand fed the deer. We spent days visiting with the other guests and residents in the pool. The facility has a well equipped workout facility, a modest gift shop, adequate restaurant and covered parking. All in all, it's possible that we'll visit again.

3107 The Island is an outstanding property! It is on the first floor above the parking garage. A very short from the elevator. The pool is also a very short walk from the unit. There is a patch of grass that is very close to the unit to water your dog if you bring one. The unit is very well stocked for cooking and meals. The starter supplies lasted for our crew of two adults and two kids for the entirety of our four night stay in the unit. Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper if you plan to stay longer. We highly recommend this place!

We loved this condo and complex! The condo was spacious for my family of 5. We all had more than enough room to ourselves. It had everything we needed! This condo is close to one of the beautiful pools that’s overlooks lake Travis that we visited lots of times in our short stay! We also had a cocktail and snack at the restaurant which was great. The convenience of having that I loved!! We also swam in the lake through the lake access by the tennis court and grilled out on one of the bbq pits! Overall a great experience and stay for my family and I! We plan on coming back to this exact condo next year!
