The location was fantastic for our trip. It was just a couple of minutes away from downtown, and there were restaurants and shopping options in the area. However, we encountered an issue with the toilet seat. It was broken, and everyone in my family experienced itching and biting sensations, but we didn’t see any bugs. I’m not sure if it was fleas. There was cat food in the cleaning closet, even though it’s advertised as a pet-free establishment.

We're glad the location worked well for your trip, with downtown and all the restaurants and shops so close by. We want to address your concerns directly: we haven't had any other reports of toilet seat issues before or after your stay, so we're not sure what happened there. We also have no indication of a pest issue in the unit. As for the cat food, that was likely left over in the cleaning closet from a guest with a pet a few years back when we still allowed pets, and it's been cleared out as of today. We've also reminded our cleaner to be thorough with toilet cleaning going forward.

This is a nicely updated and maintained older home just off Howell Mill Rd in Atlanta that has great access to midtown, IH 75 and the west side of Buckhead where my son and his family live. Plenty of linens. Two bedrooms, spacious den/dining room gave my wife and I room to spread out. Instructions were concise and effective for everything we needed.
