This property is managed on behalf of the owners by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedroom 1 – 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 2 – 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3 – 2 x single beds
*All linen and towels are provided.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feed the whole family, features a dishwasher too for an easy clean up! Dining seating for 6 but the table can extend to 8 if you need it a little bigger.

HEATING/COOLING
Offering an enclosed wood fire to keep you toasty in winter Firewood, kindling, fire lighters and matches are supplied (from May through to September only). As well as a split system air conditioner for the warmer months and extra comfort.

LOUNGEROOM & ENTERTAINMENT
The lounge area features a Smart TV, DVD and CD player.
*Please note that WIFI is not connected at this property.

BATHROOM/LAUNDRY
The main bathroom offers a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an added powder room at the other end of the house near the other 2 bedrooms. *The washing machine is located in the main bathroom.

OUTDOORS
Enjoy a BBQ on the deck on those warm, summer nights. The large, fully fenced grassed yard is great for the kids to run around your dog is welcome too.

PARKING
There is parking available for 2 cars. Please note that the 2 spaces are not easily noticeable. There is one spot right in front of the gate (be careful not to drive all the way down the neighbours driveway) and one space over the concrete slab next to that.

The Cabin is a pet friendly property. We ask that you read our Terms & Conditions carefully to ensure you know your responsibilities with bringing your pet along to this property. So we can continue to offer pet friendly accommodation we ask that you pick up after your pets. Excess cleaning charges will apply if the rules are not adhered to.

Beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway. Within a walkie distance to town and the local town. It was also pet friendly and this was a huge bonus. Also the house was spotless, two toilets, washing machine and a huge living area with two outdoor decks. We absolutely loved it.

Perfect location

A great little cabin for a 5 night stay. Awesome backyard for our dog. Clean and comfortable with plenty of household staples. The only thing I would suggest upgrading is the boardgames, and it would be nice to have some colouring pencils and colouring books and some kids books. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a good time, all up there were six of us and The Cabin had everything we needed and was a great layout for what we were after. Walked to Punkah Pub on the first night, and made our way into Bright everyday sometimes twice a day it was so close. The only thing that would have been good to have was a full length mirror in one of the rooms, but apart from that absolutely no complaints!

Fantastic stay in Porepunkah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This accommodation was fantastic. The cabin was well equipped and comfortably fit our family of five. Lots of space in the yard for a dog (we didn't end up bringing ours but I am sure he would have loved it). The location is great, walking distance to the river and the town. Plus a very easy 6km bike ride to Bright, bringing bikes is a must. We experienced very warm weather during our stay so spent lots of time outdoors and by the river. I would recommend and happily stay again.

Family weekend in the high country

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a family weekend away, the layout of the house was good and it was pet friendly with a great enclosed backyard. Tried the local Punk pub and cafe which were both great. The house location is right next to the main road so a bit of traffic noise. We arrived Friday night with provisions to make dinner. There was a good range of pots and pans etc but no basic cooking essentials which was a pity, Salt and pepper only. No oil or other basics. Some teabags but only 2 coffee sachets for a group of 6. So make sure to byo everything! Would be a nice addition for the owners to provide a few more cooking essentials and some coffee!
