Introducing 6 Ravenwood Drive, a recently renovated residence ideally situated in the Noosa Sound - just a moment's walk from the renowned Hastings Street. Thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger families or a group of friends, this home sleeps up to 14 guests across​ four bedrooms and three bathrooms. With a focus on connection, it effortlessly blends family intimacy and luxury entertainment.

With stylish furnishings and elegant accents, this residence exudes a sense of luxury and warmth with pale timber elements, soft neutral tones, and exquisite finishes. The practicalities of a holiday home have been brought into the design, with an expansive outdoor living area, pool table, outdoor fire pit, dual pool (solar heated) and spa (electrically heated), and a fabulous gourmet kitchen with a chef's pantry.

About this property

From the gated entry, the floorplan opens through to an expansive open-plan space that’s bathed in natural light. Touches of warmth are brought in through soft furnishings and various textures, thoughtfully chosen with modern conveniences. It’s the perfect meeting of contemporary design and functionality.

The living room welcomes you in, with ample seating situated around the TV and a luxury built-in fireplace setting the scene for nothing but relaxation. The pool and stone feature wall make for the perfect backdrop behind the reading nook.

The kitchen sits centrally in the space and is embellished with timber cabinetry, marble benchtops, LED lighting, and high-quality appliances – offering everything you need and more for your holiday. Extending the kitchen is a chef's pantry.

The open plan space seamlessly flows through to the covered outdoor space, sectioned only by wall-to-wall sliding glass doors and sheer curtains. Here the attention falls to the custom timber pool table, 12-person dining table, built-in buffet bar, and outdoor living area, with a large wall-mounted TV. Beyond the alfresco area, you’ll find concrete seating around the fire pit, a BBQ, and an outdoor kitchen, set in a lush garden.

The sleeping arrangements are endless, with each equally stylish and spacious. Situated at the far end of the house, the luxe master suite features timber wall-to-floor cupboards, a king bed, and an ensuite. The modern ensuite is complete with a free-standing bath, double shower, basins, and toilet.

The second bedroom features a king bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite with a shower, basin, and toilet. The third bedroom is complete with a king bed, wall-mounted TV, and a separate main bathroom sitting adjacent.

The kids' retreat is at the front of the house and sleeps up to 8 with 3 double-sized bunk beds. This bunk room includes a wall-mounted TV that will keep the little ones occupied.

The laundry holds a washing machine and two separate dryers, with outdoor access to the clothesline. There is no doubt that this home truly offers a Noosa luxury holiday experience of the highest standards and will create lasting memories for all who stay here.

This property offers two secure car parks. Please arrange off-site parking if any additional car parking is required.

Nestled in the heart of Noosa, Ravenwood Drive is a charming island surrounded by some of the most coveted real estate in Noosa.

You might opt to spend your day at the residence, enjoying leisurely time by the pool and preparing a barbecue. However, those with a passion for outdoor activities will undoubtedly take advantage of the superb location of this property to discover the wonders of Noosa.

Situated just a short walk from Noosa Main Beach and only minutes from the national park, your exploration of Noosa’s attractions will be solely restricted by the duration of your stay.

For a lively dining scene, the Noosa Junction is a 5-minute drive from the property, or opt for a stroll along the Noosa River, with Gympie Terrace only a 5-minute drive.
