A getaway made even better when your four-legged family member gets to come along! We’re delighted the apartment was a comfortable and practical home base for all three of you, with everything within easy walking distance. It’s lovely to know the friendly neighbours—and their pups—added to the experience too. We’ll be thrilled to welcome you and your fur baby back for another stay!

Great Location

The unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, will definitely stay again. The location was amazing and we didnt have to use our car because we were so close to everything. Our precious pooch was also welcome and enjoyed his stay with daily beach swims just over the road. Highly recommend! A

Property was great, location excellent. Five minute walk to beaches, shops, supermarkets etc. Despite the reviews parking was a minor issue, and we had two cars, one a Ford territory.Staff at Stayz were not very helpful and had inadequate and abrupt responses to our questions.

The unit itself was in good condition and was in a nice enough location, however the building was old, dirty and not well maintained. Taking this into consideration, it was very overpriced compared to what was available nearby.

Good, but could be better.

Finding the accomodation was difficult as the wording regarding how to get there was unclear. The unit itself was clean and relatively spacious. One final thing to note is the electronic lock on the door to the apartment is hard to operate and we were locked out a couple of times despite knowing the code.

We’ve taken note of your comments and will work on making the check-in instructions clearer and reviewing the lock to ensure it’s easier to operate for future guests. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope to host you again under smoother conditions.

Central location, comfortable apartment, old building

Despite being a beautifully renovated apartment and very centrally located to the Oasis precinct, Pacific Fair, and across the road from the beach, what lets this apartment down is the age of the building. The lift is poorly maintained and a bit of steel was protruding which cut my daughter. The car park height is actually only 1.7m, not 1.95m as advertised so if your car does not fit under 1.7, you will struggle to find street parking in the 3P and 4P zone and will have to move your car around all day in a very busy car parking zone. Unfortunately the fabric lounge and feather down throw pillows caused some allergic reactions in my family. Also the portable air-conditioners in the bedrooms are very noisy and we could not sleep with them at night. Luckily we stayed in April, so the nights were not that hot. Nevertheless we still enjoyed the central location to the shops, entertainment precinct and the beach, and being able to bring our small dog on holidays was great.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location, proximity to the shops, entertainment precinct, and beach, and that your small dog could join you. We’re very sorry about the issues you experienced with the lift, car park height, air-conditioners, and the allergic reactions caused by the furnishings. Please know that we’ve already reached out to our cleaner and onsite property manager to address these concerns and ensure improvements are made where possible. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better conditions.
