The light-filled living and dining space is free flowing and opens to a patio. Take a moment outdoors over your favourite book while soaking up the crisp sea air. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stylish appliances, then come together for a meal around the large dining table. You’ll also find plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants close by. There’s a generously sized lounge with a TV both downstairs and upstairs, allowing for different entertainment zones in the evening.

The primary bedroom is located on the lower level. It comes with a queen-sized bed, ample wardrobe space and access to a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can be effortlessly pushed together to create a king-size bed upon request. With the added convenience of ceiling fans, you can ensure a comfortable and restful sleep throughout your stay. The main bathroom is located upstairs too and comes with a gorgeous bathtub and separate shower. You’ll also have access to laundry facilities, comprising a washing machine and dryer.

Garage parking is provided for one car.
