Experience Mammoth Mountain from one of its true ski-in/ski-out locations at The Bridges! This beautifully appointed pet-friendly, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo combines an unbeatable slope side location with a private hot tub, expansive mountain views and all the comforts of home. Even better, your four-legged family member can come along for the adventure! The open-concept living area is designed for gathering after a day on the mountain. Cozy up beside the gas fireplace, enjoy a movie on the Smart TV, or choose from the collection of books and games for a relaxing night in. A sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations. The fully stocked kitchen features updated appliances and complete cookware, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to a family dinner. The dining table seats six, with additional bar seating for four, creating a spacious and social layout for the whole group. Step outside onto the expansive covered deck and take in spectacular, unobstructed views stretching across the surrounding mountains and valley toward Crowley Lake. Your own private hot tub is waiting for an après-ski soak, while outdoor seating and a BBQ grill make the deck a fantastic place to enjoy the mountain setting year-round. The primary suite features a King bed, Smart TV, private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, with a second full bathroom conveniently located just outside the bedroom. Additional conveniences include a private laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer and a mudroom-style entry where you can store boots, jackets, and mountain gear. The Bridges community also features a shared hot tub and sauna, plus elevator access. This first-floor condo can be reached without stairs when using the elevator and is entirely single-level inside. One of the biggest highlights is the unbeatable location in every season. During the winter months, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access, allowing you to ski directly to and from the lifts and spend more time on the mountain. When summer arrives, step outside and you’re just moments from scenic walking, hiking, and mountain biking trails, making this an ideal base for year-round Mammoth adventures. Guests additionally receive complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club. Mammoth's premier fitness and recreation facility featuring an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates and cycling studios, racquetball and basketball courts, plus outdoor tennis, pickleball outdoor swimming pool during the summer months. The condo sleeps a maximum of 6 guests and includes parking for two vehicles with a 6'10" clearance. Two parking passes are provided; please contact our office if additional parking arrangements are needed. One pet is permitted. No smoking. Quick Snowboard Trip

Fishing at Mammoth lakes

The condo was well stocked for a nice visit! The only downside was that the couch was outdated and a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was a good place to stay for our annual trip up to Mammoth!

Wonderful Location, Terrible Beds

Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect, the unit is beautifully renovated, but the beds are the worst so you will get the worst sleep unless you are a person that can sleep through and on anything. The beds have a squeaky and noisy spring mattress, where you can hear and feel every move.

Great location

Condo was nice in great location however the sofa was extremely worn out and the heating was strange. One thermostat did not work. Fireplace controls did not work.

Family Friendly Spot in Mammoth

However, when you dont read the fine print and miss the height restriction when arriving at midnight and you are tired, it was frustrating as can be when we had to unload at the entrance to the parking area and walk the shell near the elevator.Back porch area could have been clearer and more inviting.We didnt use the back porch because it would have required significant cleaning. We also understand that most of the dust was from the pollen and stuff coming off all the beautiful trees. Furniture, kitchen and restrooms were all great.

Fall Getaway - Bridges 108

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A really lovely, well-kept unit with stunning views and lots of amenities. Gorgeous kitchen with top of the line appliances. A few things need attention - floor lamp in living room (it wobbles), sliding door to the deck sticks, the filter warning light is on for the refrigerator and the sofa and chair in the living room need work - the support mechanism is apparently worn out and you sink quite far down when you sit on them - I had to "pad" them with decorative pillows from the bedroom to sit comfortably.

Well-Stocked, Conveniently Located, Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was super easy and close to the unit - we were able to pick up the keys/parking passes after hours without issue. Unit was as described and everything we used worked. The kitchen was well-stocked, including a blender and crockpot. Furniture was comfortable with plenty of extra towels and blankets. The balcony was spacious with two tables, a hot tub, grill and views of mountains and lakes. One thing to note is if you're a light sleeper, the heater will wake you up (in the master bedroom). We ended up turning it down extra low at night to avoid it kicking on often, but were plenty warm as is. They also have space heaters in each room.

Nice place, awful management

Reviewer Comments: We really loved the place we stayed, however the gas stove was clearly broken and inoperable and this was confirmed by the property manager in-person. Instead of taking ownership and helping us fix the issue, the property management team told us we didn’t know how to operate an oven and denied the whole thing. Super disappointing

Beautiful views but smells like pet urine

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful balcony views however the master bedroom had visible pet stains and smelled horribly like dog urine. We had to leave the slider open. There was black dog hair all over the comforter which is unacceptable. The balcony had pet urine by the master slider. It’s as if the previous renter let their pet urinate in the same spot during their stay. There was a prescription pill laying on the floor near the bed. We went to Mammoth reservations to report it. The employee said she would let management know. But nothing was done to correct it. It was a nice location with a beautiful view.. It really needs some TLC.

Disappointed

Our group consisted of 3 adult males ages 64, 71 & 73. We chose this unit because it showed two bedrooms with one king bed in each of the two bedrooms and one couch in the family/living room that was supposed to be a pull out bed. The pull out bed was completely nonfunctional. The platform for the mattress was broken making the bed unusable and even dangerous with sharp medal wire poking straight up. This required one of our party to sleep sitting up on the couch which was very difficult, due to non supportive frame. NOT acceptable! The property was clean and the location is excellent but when the property advertises that it can sleep 6 and yet only has two functioning beds that is rediculous.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the pull out bed. We have inspected the pull out mattress and it is functional and operable, there are some metal pieces on the frame where the springs connect to the frame but nothing that should cause a safety concern or a reason for not being able to sleep on the mattress. Of course we understand that sofa mattresses are generally speaking not the most comfortable, but this seems to be a very standard pull out frame and mattress that was accessible. We are sorry that the guest chose not to use it or sleep on it, and we are in the process of exploring a new mattress for the existing frame to make it more comfortable.
