Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 adults and 4 small children were very comfortable in this space. Location is good - we could walk to pools and the beach (a bit of a hike but very do-able). Had plenty of kitchen and bath supplies, very clean. We enjoyed it very much!

Gulf Stream

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of our unit around the Town Center. It was clean, but it felt like a rental with the furniture and lack of cooking pans and bowls in the kitchen. Would be nice to have more than 2 chairs on the patios since there is more than 1 patio. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it was not one of our favorite rentals.

Thank you so much for this honest feedback! We're glad the Town Center location and cleanliness were highlights. You make great points about the kitchen supplies and patio seating every guest deserves a home that feels fully equipped and inviting, and we'll pass those notes along to the homeowner right away. We hope to welcome you back in a unit that truly wows you!

Beautiful home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous home but missing a few essentials. The beds had one small cover with no additional bedding or warm blankets. There weren’t any clean bath mats in either master bedroom. The master beds are really hard, they need toppers. We brought our own beach towels fortunately but thought it was a little odd that there weren’t extra available in case we needed. Finally, the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud with their crying baby. However, with those few tweaks the location and home is perfect for 2 families.

Fantastic for a Family Trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great visit with 2 families from Oklahoma, each with 2 boys. Having a bunk room and two masters is perfect for a getaway with another family. The rental was clean, had good amenities, and a great location near city center with things to eat and do.
