Hello — thank you for staying I’m very sorry the hallway odor, unclean carpets, and the item found in a trash can made your stay unpleasant. That is unacceptable and not the experience we want for guests. We’ve reported the smell and carpeting condition to building management and requested deep cleaning of the common hallway, and HOA has been alerted to inspect common-area trash and sanitation. we will also have our team add a corkscrew and double-check kitchen supplies for future stays. Regarding parking, We're glad the unit itself was clean and the location worked for you. Please reach out through Vrbo messaging if you’d like to discuss this further. — GoodNight Stay

Thank you for staying with GoodNight Stay and for the feedback. I’m sorry the noise and thin walls affected your nights — that’s not the experience we want our guests to have. Glad the rest of your stay was great, and we hope to host you again. — GoodNight Stay

Thank you for the review — glad the property was clean, spacious, and in a terrific location, and that our communication was timely and helpful. Sorry you missed the Tito’s discount; we’ll add that to the listing and welcome email so future guests don’t miss it. Appreciate the suggestions — we’ll add dish towels and tissues to the supplies to reduce paper-towel use and help with allergies. We’ll also have a carpenter adjust the master bathroom door for a better fit. We’d be happy to host you again.
