We do want to clarify a few points, as we made every effort to address your concerns during your stay. We can confirm that there was no mold buildup on the faucets, and this was not mentioned to us during your stay. When you brought the dust on the baseboards and floors to our attention, we promptly sent the cleaners back at no additional cost to mop the floors and address the baseboards and any other area you requested. We truly did our best to make things right and followed up with you afterward, but unfortunately never received a text back. We’re disappointed that, despite our efforts to promptly address the concerns and make the situation right during your stay, you ultimately chose to leave a negative review. We do appreciate your positive comments about the home itself and will continue working with our cleaning team to maintain a high standard for our guests.
