Ocean views & private 104° heated pool: Paradise awaits! Feelin’ Salty

Feelin' Salty is an ocean-view four-bedroom, three-bath house with a private dipping pool! This home has been completely renovated and has a beautiful southern beach house aesthetic. The vaulted beadboard ceiling sets off the entire property as soon as you enter the doors. The home is tastefully furnished and has something for everyone. The bunk room includes an XBOX 360 console, something for the kids when they are not in the sun!

The home enjoys modern lighting, flat-screen TVs, beautiful flooring and window treatments and the list goes on. You will definitely find this to be a place you can relax and feel like you have found your home away from home.

The pool is 14' x 7.5' by 52". It is heated and has built-in seating. You are sure to enjoy your gulf views and convenient swim space.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet friendly with prior permission. Only dogs. 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 per dog per stay pet fee.

Great place. The only reason I dropped 1 star off was it appears the lights for the parking area would not work. 1 tv in one of the bedrooms doesnt work. And also the hot tub has a couple jets that wont run. Minor things...the place itself is as described. I would go again.

This beach house accommodated my group of 10 adults and 2 dogs with ease. With the spacious outdoor deck and three full bathrooms, we never felt on top of each other. The kitchen was STOCKED, which was a huge bonus for us. The fridge had plenty of space to accommodate all of the ingredients we needed to eat at home for 5 out of the 6 nights we stayed. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The gulf was as fun as always. The rental company stayed in touch and quickly answered the few questions we had. We loved it here and plan on returning!

Amazing house, full amenities, easy access to the beach. Quick responses - the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but someone came out immediately and got it back up and running. Will definitely be back!

It was the perfect get away for our girls trip. The hot tub/dipping pool was great for cooling off and the deck was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee and evening drinks. We kept the cover on the pool when we weren't in it so that it didn't get too hot. Short walk to the beach! Everything was clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Overall a great place to stay.

Short get away

The house is beautiful, easy access to the beach. The heated pool was wonderful. We got a big surprise when we found out The Peoples Mardi Gras Parade was happening on Saturday and we was able to walk to it. We cant wait to go back soon.

Great stay!

The home was clean, neat, organized and had just about every kitchen tool or appliance one could want and was well equipped with plenty of books, games and puzzles. The small pool was great fun and the beach is a short walk away. I know it’s for aesthetics, but there were just too many throw pillows and shams on each bed, they are a PITA to deal with and are just a germy inconvenience IMO, but that’s my biggest criticism!

Unexpected Treasure

Feeling Salty was great for our family! It is very close to the beach, easy to find and we loved the hot tub! The kitchen is full of everything you would need to cook a meal. The bunk room was perfect for some overnight guests! The house has plenty of space and the kitchen table was great for our Christmas dinner! We will be back!

Incredible. We had never been to Dauphin Island. We usually go to PerdidoKey. We will definitely be back. The house was great. 10 out of 10. Brand new appliances. Modern kitchen. Houses are away from one another and you definitely have your own space. Tons of plates and silverware. The only hiccup was the communication about what to do upon arrival. We finally got instructions when we were about an hour away. But again, just a hiccup. Just want to mention a few things for future guests as far as beach supplies,because we brought to much stuff. lol. You will definitely want to bring a wagon. It’s about a 300 yrd walk from the property to the water’s edge. Obviously an ice chest. They have:Boogie BoardsUmbrellasA few chairsBuckets and shovelsHose and shower down stairs. Also, if you buy a few bags of ice there’s a great chest freezer that will hold about 4 twenty pound bags. Looking forward to a return trip.
