The sleek monochrome kitchen is fitted with subway tiles, chrome accents, and premium appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. A small dining table doubles as a dedicated workspace, while the comfortable living area includes a central Smart TV (connected to the Google Home streaming app) and a double sofa bed that can be set up as additional sleeping space upon request, as well as a wall-mounted fan to keep you cool during the warmer months.

The queen bedroom offers a cosy retreat with high ceilings, features original wooden beams, and a wall-mounted fan to keep you cool during summer, complemented by a bathroom with a shower. Large wardrobes provide ample storage, while in-unit laundry facilities add to your everyday convenience.

The apartment is compact in size, with an efficient layout designed for comfortable living. Please note: the shower is located over the bathtub, so guests need to step into and out of the bathtub to access the shower. The bathtub itself is not available for use as a bath. Please take this into account when booking, particularly for guests with mobility considerations, as stepping over the tub edge is required to use the shower.
During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourself, inc. the private internal couryard, and access to communal facilities including the swimming pool, sauna and gym. Please make yourself at home!

The waterfront suburb of Pyrmont combines heritage streetscapes with notable dining and entertainment. Footsteps to Darling Harbour, it is an excellent base for exploring the city centre and notable attractions such as Town Hall, Queen Victoria Building and Sydney Tower Eye. The neighbourhood offers lovely waterfront parks, cliff top walking trails and interesting architecture. It’s also home to the brand new world-famous Sydney Fish Market, located on the harbour at Blackwattle Bay. Head here for your fill of fresh seafood and iconic views. Or eat your way through The Star’s signature restaurants including Sokyo, Momofuku Seiōbo and Black Bar and Grill.

Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

~Long Stays~
Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. We’ll reach out to charge a standard pet fee of $50.

~ Baby Items ~
There is a portable travel cot available at the property which we can set up for you if requested. Unless specified, the portable travel cot will be placed in the primary bedroom of the property.
Note that our portable travel cots do not come with linens (sheets) or pillows. You would need to supply these items yourself. The property also has a highchair available, which we can have set up for you if requested.

~ Tiny Visitors ~
Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
