Very clean and comfortable home with all good amenities and pet friendly. My favourite feature was the property was walking distance to the main shopping village.

Beautiful property and great location
We loved staying in this property. We were traveling with ability impaired family members, so having the lift made life so much easier. Great location near the Main Street of Berry. Can't wait to go back again!

Couldn’t fault it!
Excellent property with every gadget in kitchen that you might need. Very comfy beds. A short walk into the town of Berry and an easy drive to all the beaches in the area or inland to Kangaroo Valley and Fitzroy Falls.
Would highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation, perfect for our needs. Will definitely book again. The only issue we had was we couldn’t open the front door from the inside and had to leave via the side gate. Not sure if we are doing something wrong or if there is an issue with the door handle but it would not open when we turned the handle.

Perfect weekend getaway.
In town for the weekend and this was the perfect hideaway from the wet weather. The small yard is very secure, so we were confident leaving our greyhound when we went out.
There were some issues with the front lock. The property managers got a locksmith out to fix the main problem but the style of lock makes opening the doors a challenge.
Overall a great property and we are already booked to come back.

It's fantastic you found a cozy retreat despite the rainy weather! It's excellent to hear the small yard provided security for your greyhound, allowing you to explore with peace of mind. Dealing with lock issues can be a hassle and thank you for reporting maintenance per the rental agreement, we are pleased our customer service team were proactive in arranging a locksmith. It's wonderful you still had a positive experience overall and already made plans to return.

the stay was for my nephews wedding ,raining entire week property was great but a few things let it down such as the check in code for the door didn't work so we had to contact property manager then on check out it didn't work again leaving us to leave place unsecured .Also the water pressure in both showers was bad just a drizzle out of both not sure if it a Berry thing pressure wise but other than that loved the place full maintained and stocked

The check-in code is system-generated and confirmed operational prior to each arrival. If issues occur, as noted in our rental agreement, guests are expected to contact us immediately—which you did, and we appreciate that. We also want to note that guests are responsible for ensuring the property is secured upon departure. If a code issue prevents this, reporting it at the time is essential so we can act accordingly.
Regarding water pressure, this can occasionally be affected by regional infrastructure in areas like Berry, but we’ll certainly have the system checked to ensure it's functioning as intended.
We’re pleased the property met your needs overall and wish you the best for future travels.

Being pet friendly was great. A nice little backyard for the dogs and hard floors were great. The kitchen was well equipped. Only a short stroll to the centre of Berry.
