Great location and great house!

This very clean house is very close to Bean Point and the Rod & Reel. Quiet neighborhood and not far from Pine Avenue. The house had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. Duncan Real Estate was easy to deal with. Would use them again!

A month in Paradise

Adorable place. Loved the screened in porch. Great location. Very relaxing, peaceful and quiet.

Nice Stay

The beds were not comfortable to sleep on and the shower is very small. Other than that this is a great location for beaches that are not crowded and is a very nice place to stay.

Great place!

Awesome property a quick walk away from Rod & Reel. We made great use of the sunroom especially.

Two thumbs up!

The Minnow 2 was very clean when arrived. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and kitchen ware. The gas grill was nice, and we used it a lot. We loved the screened in porch. I liked that there was a place to eat on it.
