Ocean Ridge Beach House is a beautiful 3-bedroom 1.5 bath cottage found along the north shore, in a quiet beachfront cottage community in Savage Harbour. It's located on a large yard for all the quiet and privacy you want on your beach vacation. You'll enjoy full indoor/outdoor living and dining with the large screened-in porch to take in the lovely sunsets, the ocean views and the sounds of the crashing waves. Barbecue your meals on the large sunny deck and enjoy the sandy beach that is great for swimming, relaxing or beachcombing, accessed by your own private staircase. Beach towels, toys and fold-up beach chairs are provided. There's also a fire pit and an outdoor shower onsite.

As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted with a sense of relaxation. Watch a movie or live TV, play games, and enjoy the ambiance of the fireplace. Take advantage of the high-speed Fibre Optic WIFI. The sunny kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, lots of counter space and stainless-steel appliances. You'll enjoy the water view from the large bay window and almost every room in the house! Eat in or out at dining tables that seat eight. On the main level, there's also a half bathroom and a laundry room. An AC unit is installed on the main floor and in the primary bedroom for your additional comfort. Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms and a full bathroom. In the large primary bedroom, there is a queen-sized bed and a patio door to your own large deck overlooking the ocean - perfect for viewing our famous north shore sunsets or star-gazing. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and stunning ocean views. Bedroom number three has a bunk bed, with both double and twin-sized beds. A "pack and play" baby bed is available upon request, as well as a baby monitor.

The beach house is 35 minutes from Charlottetown where you will find amazing restaurants, theatre, music, shopping, groceries, and many other amenities. You are also less than an hour to Cavendish and North Rustico, 25 minutes to PEI National Park along the North Shore, 15 minutes to beautiful Blooming Point Beach, and 15 minutes to first-class golfing at The Links at Crowbush Cove, and an easy drive to dozens of others.
