Cons:•The inside of apartment is not as nice as the images on the listing. •The baseboards were filthy •You will need extra towels. They only provide one towel per guest.•You will also need your own pool towels. •The porch had mismatched, missing, and dirty cushions for the seating. The bugs on the porch were unbearable.•You will need toilet paper. They only provided one roll per bathroom. •The dryer has an excruciating noise when it runs. •When the dishwasher runs, it makes the entire apartment stink. •We arrived 30 minutes early and the host would not allow us to enter early so we had to wait in the car until the door code worked. They explained the cleaners needed extra time, but there were no cleaners there.Pros:•The apartment/complex community is overall nice.•The walking areas were nice with sidewalks and trails to the pool house/club house.•The amenities were nice.•It was in a good area and my family and I felt safe.•Very close to many stores.•Only 20-30 minute drive to Universal and Disney•Kitchen was updated and fairly nice other than the dishwasher •The AC worked great

Our first family vacation turned out amazing, thanks to our stay at this property. It was clean, very spacious, equipped with everything necessary to stay in and cook meals and the air conditioning worked very well. The location of the condo was perfect. It had beautiful lake views from the patio and the kids loved all the wild life roaming around. There was a smaller pool a short walk out the front door, which was very convenient. The main club house pool was just aross the lake and my four and six year olds were easily able to make the walk over and loved going over the bridges and looking at the turtles in the water and seeing all the cool birds everywhere. The pool water was warm and we were always able to get a chair or table to put our stuff. Communication with the host was friendly and they were always very responsive. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Convenient and great location

We really enjoyed staying at this property. There was only 4 of us but we could have had another 2-3 people and everyone would have been very comfortable. Close enough to Universal and super close to Disney. Surrounded by shopping and grocery choices. Would definitely stay again on a return trip.

My Review

This Place was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay. The view and location was great. They pool was lots of fun both kids and adult friendly. I felt very safe. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely stay here again. If I had to make one negative review, it would be just a little dust on the window stills and a little spider web on the decors on the walls, but it is not really a big deal they overall cleanliness was exceptional.

A great vacation!

Great unit! Great location! This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was so nice to have a kitchen and living room. A great corner unit overlooking the lake. An easy walk to the community pool, even for our 3 year old. I was worried about arriving so late at night, but access to the community and the unit was easy. And the property manager quickly responded to my questions, great communication. I would definitely recommend!

Our apartment was nice, with a beautiful view, spacious, the location was amazing close to lots of Shops, Disney Springs, Parks etc.The apartment wasn’t perfect cleaned when we got there but as soon as I contacted the property Manager they sorted things out straight away. They were very prompt all the time we needed something. The only feedback I would like to give is would be great to have extra towels, bed sheets, tea towel…specially when the guests are spending more than 30 days in the property.I hardly recommend it and definitely contacting them next time we come back to Orlando. Thanks for everything.

Thank you so much for this wonderful feedback after your stay of more than 30 days! We are very pleased that the apartment was nice, spacious, with a beautiful view, and had an amazing location for shops and parks. It's great to know that despite the initial cleaning lapse, our team sorted things out straight away and we were very prompt when needed. We appreciate the feedback regarding providing extra towels, bed sheets, and tea towels for long-term guests, and we will review our protocols to increase comfort. We immensely appreciate the high recommendation and it will be a pleasure to host you again next time you return to Orlando!
