Good centralized location to downtown Gulfport and St. Pete Beach. Easy taxi ride to the beaches, tons of great dining options in downtown Gulfport. We really enjoyed our stay!

This pet-friendly house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Gulfport, close to beaches and other amenities, with also a place to park. The size is not big but enough for a family; it is well kept and functional, adequate for a short stay. However, it is a shared property (duplex) and the neighbors were not very friendly. Communication with host was open and he was very responsive; though check out was at 11am, we had the cleaning team arrive at 10:30am.

We're glad the location worked well for your stay, close to the beaches and easy to park, and that the home felt functional and well kept for your family. We're sorry the neighbors in the other unit weren't as friendly as we'd like; that was an isolated situation and has since been addressed. We've also reminded our cleaning team that checkout is at 11:00 AM and that they should not arrive beforehand. We appreciate the feedback and are glad communication throughout your stay was easy and responsive.

This was a split home with tenants on the other side. Check-in was very easy, the home was clean, and they have everything you need for the beach! It was a pleasant stay and very close to restaurants, museums, and stores. Would definitely stay again!

Eckerd College move in weekend!

We were glad we found this house on Miriam street. The outdoor space was nice and private and the indoor space was just right for us.

Fabulous. Highly Recommend

Great location. Had everything we needed and so much extra. We were there for daughters graduation from University of South Florida. Will definitely book again when come back.

We had a wonderful stay here during our wedding week! We stayed four nights, and the home was spotless, charming, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed.The location was perfect, so close to downtown Gulfport, which we completely fell in love with. The neighborhood is adorable, and everything we wanted to do was just minutes away.John was a great host, gracious, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made everything even smoother during such a special time.This home will always hold a special place in our hearts. We’re so grateful for the memories we made here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

Was a nice place to sleep

This was a nice location, about 25 minute walk to the main area in Gulfport. Overall, the place was small, especially for 4 people staying there, but there were enough beds. Place seemed pretty clean but could use a deeper clean and a little more attention here and there. Host let us in an hour before our check-in time which we appreciated!

Cozy gulfport cottage

This is a sweet little Gulfport cottage with lots of personal touches and all the comforts of home. The fenced yard is perfect for the dog, and it's just a couple of blocks to the marina and Clam Bayou. It's a duplex, but very quiet. There were people staying in the other half of the house, but they didn't bother me. Restaurants and shops are just a short distance. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and the beds are soft and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for more!

Gulfport visit

Everything was what we expected. Going through a bedroom to share one bathroom for 9 people was a little bit of an inconvenience. The walk to the beach in hot weather for an older couple was more difficult than expected. The beach wasn't very big and there were closures, maybe from a hurricane.

Dog barking, a/c kept getting throttled

This is an attached house or a house that has been split up. The other side of the wall has a small dog that unfortunately barks when it hears anything at all. Also as we were gone most of the day, by the time we got home the a/c had gone to 80-82 degrees. It was awful after a hot day of work.

Nice property

Communication was great with our host. Unfortunately the guests before us broke a light in one of the bedrooms and you could not turn it off the entire stay so that limited the use of sleeping in that room. The inside of the property was clean and enjoyable, the outside needed some work. Tables were very soiled and it would've been nice to have that area cleaned before our arrival. I wouldn't consider this a walkable destination to "downtown" gulfport. It took us approx 30 mins to walk there. There was no detergent to do laundry. Other than that it was a cute and clean property. Enjoyed it
