Cute North OC Condo with great location

The location of this beach condo is excellent! Super close to the beach for easy walking and dining options nearby as well. Perfect for a small group of friends. Lovely balcony with ocean views. Would like to come back for another stay.

While it was wonderfully close to the beach, it was very dirty. The dust was about a month or two thick on the moldings all around the place. The bathroom shower floors were sticky. The kitchen floor was gross. The sheets were inside out and it looked like the comforter wasn’t washed. There were air fresheners in each outlet. It smelled toxic and thick. The person below us smoked every morning and evening so sitting out for coffee or dessert was not an option. It was outdated and the carpet was stained. This particular condo needs a total remodel. Oh and the shower curtains… barf! They had mold growing on the bottom. Will never stay here again.

We're glad the location near the beach worked out for you, but sorry the condo didn't meet expectations. We'll take a look and have the unit deep cleaned to address the dust and cleanliness issues you noted. We do have plans to replace the carpet with vinyl flooring this winter. The air fresheners in the outlets are there at some guests' request, but they can always be unplugged if the scent is too strong for your liking.

So many positives about the stay at this property for our week with a family of four adults! It was described accurately, the proximity to the beach is excellent, it was nice to have an elevator so that we did not have to tote all of our stuff up to the fourth floor, and we appreciate it, not having to bring our own towels and sheets!There was a Keurig coffee maker in the unit, which I did not see in the description and have I known this I would have brought my own pods.The twin mattresses are extremely soft and after a few days, it was a bit uncomfortable for our backs. Some people may enjoy that though!The air conditioner in the master bedroom pumped out cold air, but the other two were more like fans. They definitely did not get cold and we did try to turn them off and give them a break several times to see if that would help but it did not. I did not contact the management company as I was pretty sure they would not replace the air conditioner units during our stay. I was thankful that it was not a super hot week though!Overall, I would definitely rent again!

We appreciate the detailed feedback on the little things like the Keurig, mattresses, and A/C in the other bedrooms, as those details genuinely help us continue improving the experience for future guests. We're happy the weather cooperated and that overall you had a comfortable, 5-star stay you'd repeat!

Very clean property and ideal location. Linens were very fresh and clean. Check-in was smooth and communication was great. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Superb Location!!

Literally just steps from the beach - could not have been happier with the location. And so nice to sit outside for morning coffee and see the ocean. The condo itself was comfortable and equipped with most everything needed. I would however recommend bringing shampoo, body wash, etc. as that is not provided.
