Beautiful house surrounded by lush nature, in the Vale da Boa Esperança gated community. Ideal for adults and children to relax amidst waterfall bathing and the natural pool of pure, crystal-clear water (direct access from inside the house's property!).
The property is an invitation to good health, with all the fresh air, perfect for relaxing to the chirping of birds and the sound of the river that runs alongside the house's grounds.

The house's design fully exploits the beautiful view, surrounded by the lush greenery of the Atlantic Forest. The house accommodates up to 8 people, including adults and children, in 4 suites, 2 of which have bathtubs. Water heating is provided by an electric boiler. All bathroom showers have excellent water pressure.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with utensils and appliances, including a fondue set, and features two cooking stations, making it an invitation for those who enjoy the art of cooking.
The social area includes a pantry, living room with fireplace, dining room, TV room, and a large balcony overlooking the river.
The house has a deck on the 2nd floor, with a barbecue and dining area, and by the river there is a wood-fired sauna with a view and an outdoor shower.

Since the region has a mild climate at night, in the summer there has never been a need to install air conditioning units, with the natural and pure breeze of Itaipava fulfilling the function of climate control. While at night the wood-burning fireplace warms the room.

And you don't need to worry about anything else: towels, linens, utensils... We have everything at your disposal. Our house is ready to welcome you and your family!

Even better, our daily rate already includes daily cleaning service. Our helper will take care of household chores, cleaning the house, making the beds, tidying the house, washing dishes, and setting the table while you have fun, relax, or work. The caretaker is available to light the barbecue, fireplace, and wood-fired sauna.

Please note: We do not provide firewood or charcoal, as we do not produce them, but rest assured, you can buy them at any market in the area. We also provide a list of various businesses that sell and deliver these items in the house. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful stay at our retreat.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house area, river, and garden.
