Villa 30 features two bedrooms, each promising restful nights and ample space to unwind. Both bedrooms feature a Smart TV. The primary bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a sumptuous king-sized bed and a ensuite with a soaker tub. The second bedroom offers versatility with two twin beds, ideal for accommodating guests or family members. The kitchen features full size stainless steel appliances including fridge, microwave/stove, and dishwasher, along with in unit washer and dryer. Great Family Stay Near Cavendish BeachWe had a really enjoyable stay at this villa and would comfortably recommend it to other families. The property is spacious, well laid out, and has everything you need for a comfortable family vacation.One of the biggest pluses for us was the separate bedrooms and bathrooms — when you're travelling with family, having that privacy and space makes a huge difference and really adds to everyone's comfort.The hot tub and pool access were definite highlights — the kids loved it, and it was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The location is excellent, just a short drive to Cavendish Beach, which made for easy and stress-free beach days. The kitchen had everything we needed for family meals, and the common areas gave everyone plenty of room to relax together.We did run into a couple of minor issues during our stay, but to the property team's credit, they were addressed quickly and without any hassle (Tom and Jon were great). Overall, a solid choice for families looking to explore PEI. We had a great time and would consider coming back. Great Family Stay Near Cavendish Beach

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were very close to Cavendish and many restaurants. Golf courses were just minutes away. Hot tub was a nice bonus.

The place itself was very nice, clean.Beautiful decor.Very disappointed with the misleading information that it is a SHORT stroll to the pool. Very misleading. You had to walk quite a distance to get down a hill you basically had to climb down and continue walking pretty much through a forest to even get to the pool house and pool.They should have just been honest and upfront and tell you that you can drive about 8 minutes to get there..For this reason I would not return. The pool area was one of our deciding factors to stay here and was nothing but an inconvenience to get there. I told them we were 63 and 73 years old and would have appreciated honesty that you had an option to drive here.When I addressed this with Property Manager I received a very cold response, wasn't impressed.Again house itself is beautiful. The whole pool situation and location was a real inconvenience and let down for this reasonLynn

The hot tub was great for the cooler evenings. The space was perfect for us and had all the utensils we required.Unfortunately we went in the off season so the pool was closed, not a unit issue though.

Amazing place

I have stayed there before and definitely would return. The area is close to everything you need and what isn’t means it’s a beautiful drive.

Weekend stay

Beautiful spot for a vacation, clean, and family friendly. Close to everything. Only down fall is king size bed needs a memory foam or new mattress.

Relaxing get away

We enjoyed our time at the Gables. Luckily we didn‘t want to cook ourselves as there are no serving bowls in the kitchen. Unfortunately we had some really loud neighbours in the house opposite (6 men).But all in all in all we had a great time.

The place was in a perfect location to get to the 6 golf courses we booked. Restaurants close by. Pool facility real nice. Was missing some kitchen items but contacted office and they responded immediately and provided the missing items. We should have requested a BBQ brush none was provided. Everything else was great.

Positive things: the house is beautiful and nicely decorated, and the area is very quiet. We never heard anyone, which was really nice. It was nice to have your own deck space with the bbq and hot tub. Two good size bedrooms and bathrooms, 3 tv's. Negative things: the house needed a few small repairs (kitchen faucet was loose and jiggly, couldn't open bedroom window because there was a large open space between the screen and the window frame, etc). People have mentioned that some kitchen tools were not included but we found that even basic things were not included. No soap or shampoo, no coffee or tea, and no kleenex. There was a limit on the amount of toilet paper and paper towels you could use. I've never seen that before at a vrbo, and for the price we paid, we were not impressed. The final disappointment was that the pool house was not easily accessible. It was down a long path on a hill. You can't even see the building. My husband has mobility issues so he was not able to use the pool. I never saw anyone going to or from the pool house. These were not big problems, and it is a nice house, but we'll find a different spot next time.

En général c'est bien et propre. Nous avons trouvé la piscine extrêmement loin et difficile d'accès. Aussi la cuisine manque d'équipement et on aurait apprécié des chaises de plages et non 2 chaises de camping. Nous avons eu un problème avec le système d'alarme que le propriétaire semblait connaître la nature (humidité). Aucune personne n'est venu nous aider pour le regler. Le cartable contient que des regles et avertissement, il manque un peu d'amour et d'information sur les restos, plages, services de proximités.

Erg fijn huisje met jacuzzi. Alles was netjes in het huisje. Erg fijn verbleven. Het zwembad met alle andere activiteiten was top. Je ziet dat het een rental is. Veel spullen worden veelvuldig gebruikt en dat is zichtbaar.

The largest concern was the freezer, it did not work. Which in turn the first night we had no ice for our drinks ( we didn't realize at the time because it was semi. Cold we just thought we hadn't given them enough time to freeze) which really ruined our plans. So the next night we (got groceries) get home and they are still not frozen and. Which another night ruined. So not understanding what what's wrong as it felt cold in there? And we turned up the temperature. So the next day we got a bag of vice, have our drinks.Put the bag of ice in the freezer. The next morning almost everything is ruined in our fridge as the whole bag of ice melted into the fridge and onto the floor. After slipping in a puddle of water. The 100 charcuterie in a box was the biggest disappointment and almost being injured slipping. The kitchen faucet was also faulty and did not pull out. The hot tub was full of dirt at the bottom. The battery died in the bedroom smoke alarm and constantly beeped all night and you could not remove the battery to stop it, I tried. The battery also died in the bedroom thermostat so you could not control the heat and it was extremely cold. There were also no extra blankets. A throw blanket on the coach.We paid alot of money to stay here. This made for a terrible experience. That has cost us over and above the cost and fees we paid to stay. The loss in food alone.

Unfortunately, we didn't hear from you until two days after your checkout, which meant we didn't have the opportunity to assist while you were at the property. As soon as we were made aware of the concerns, we addressed them immediately, including replacing the batteries and installing a brand-new refrigerator. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Your feedback has helped us ensure these issues have been resolved for future guests.
