This home can host a maximum of 7 adults, 8 all together if children ages 13 and under are included; this applies 24/7.

Lakeland Village is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with something for every member of the family.

• Lakeland Village amenities: two pools, including a year-round heated pool and a seasonal lakeside pool, plus a seasonal wading pool, two shared hot tubs, sauna, fitness center, private beach and pier, lakeside fire pits, seasonal BBQs, and boat buoys (first-come, first-served). The lakeside pool and wading pool are open during the summer months only.

You are just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, golfing, hiking, biking, Emerald Bay, dining options, shopping destinations, and Whole Foods Market.

Get around the city for free with Lake Link, the free on-demand ride service. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup is at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

All linens and towels for your use in the home and at the beach are provided. Boat, Bike, SUP and kayak rental are within walking distance in the summer, and ski/snowboard rental in the winter.
