The yard is fully fenced front and back, with a Trampoline at rear to entertain the children. Open up the garage to activate the indoor / outdoor living, which features BBQ, Bar, fridge, TV, Table chairs, fire pit for those cooler nights and ample seating. It has a unique rustic feel about it, which is also very comfortable to sit and relax, play board games or watch the children run around in the back yard. (firewood not included)

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent residence so we only rent to mature guest that will remain respectful to our Neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

What to bring: beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and toiletries.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
