The Space:

The main bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes two single beds. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space when required.



The open-plan living and dining area is bright and spacious, with comfortable seating, a TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Large windows and direct access to the private balcony bring in plenty of natural light and create a relaxed space to unwind.



The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, cooktop, full-size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A dining table provides plenty of space for shared meals, while the apartment also includes a dedicated work area.



Guests have access to a private washing machine and dryer within the apartment.

AMENITIES

-A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.



GUESTS

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES

- Visitors are not allowed to stay overnight.

- Quiet time: 9pm to 8am.



PARKING

-This apartment does not come with a parking bay. Although parking can be arranged by contacting our host when you make your booking, there is a fee of $15 per night. It is subject to availability. (Vertical Clearance: 2 meters)
