The lockbox code did not work when we went to access the property after an exhausting day. That was frustrating. Other than that, it was great.

We really enjoyed our visit to Phoenix and the Dobson Ranch house. It took about 20 minutes to get there from the airport. The host had great communication leading up to our stay, and it was easy to check in and enter the house and the house was super clean upon arrival. The kitchen came very well stocked with all sorts of appliances, cookware, dishware, tools, and spices you may need. They also provided plenty of cleaning supplies (trash bags, paper towels, TP, dish soap, etc), much more than I would consider a traditional "starter" set.Our younger son really enjoyed the game room. The Ms. Pac Man arcade was a lot of fun as was the game table. He also liked the bonus Nintendo Wii U that wasn't listed! The bedrooms were all comfortable and had 4 good pillows for each bed. Each bedroom had a Smart TV that was easy to use.The pool was a favorite spot for our family throughout the day. The patio has a cover for some shade and there are a few trees so usually a part of the pool is covered. One suggestion for the host is to provide better instructions on how to turn on the water feature. We couldn't figure it out until the pool cleaners came on Monday morning and they showed us.Overall we would definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

Great stay at Peaceful Palm

House was great for our family which included a 21 month old. Plenty of room to spread out. Bonus room had large screen TV and electronic games. Great location - easy to get to Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and airports. Host was in frequent contact and answered questions immediately. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house, great location

When we visit AZ, we need a house to welcome our adult children and their growing families to gather together for meals and family fun. This space was set up so perfectly for our needs, with a safe environment for the little ones, a nice size pool for the whole gang, and a cozy couch and dining area that fit everyone. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs too. The host made us feel welcome and appreciated. We would love to return here!

Would 100% book again!

My family and I stayed in this Vrbo during the graduation week of a family members graduation to ASU. The check in process was extremely smooth, the hosts communication couldn’t have been better, the house was extremely clean and provided so many utensils and spices/cooking essentials, an amazing pool, and it was located in such a great location. They provide you with everything you could ask or need and get back to you right away with any questions or issues. This was the best vrbo my family and I have ever stayed in and we love to travel! Amazing place and we made so many great memories!

A Place for Gathering

Peaceful Palm provided our family and friends with just the right atmosphere to enjoy being together. The house was just as clean and beautiful as pictured and had everything we needed. The welcome package was a nice treat along with the surprise delivery of cookies. We enjoyed conversations around the the large couch in the living room and splashing in the pool. Margie and her team from Bella Palazzo were great to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Would definitely enjoy staying again!

Had a bad experience booking a home through VBRO and was reluctant to book via them again because of what the owner did with our last booking. But I am glad I did it again. It rained while we were there so couldn't use the pool. There was an arcade table which we used a lot. House was nice and spacious. TV in all the rooms so while someone watched the football game, others could watch TV in the other room. I would totally recommend this house and if need be, I will rebook here.

Paradise in the Desert!

My girlfriends and I loved every second of staying here. From start to finish is was just a home away from home. The hospitality and cleanliness made us feel right at home. We found ourselves wanting to stay in and enjoy the luxuries as opposed to be out and about. We grilled, cooked meals, watched movies. everything you need right there. We even accidentally tripped a breaker and the host got back to us immediately with where the breaker is! I would come back and stay here anytime and would encourage you to do the same!

Great Spot In Mesa/Tempe Area

A very nice 4-bedroom in Mesa/Tempe area. We did Thanksgiving meal here and the well stocked kitchen was a big plus. The interior of the house is obviously recently remodeled and done very nicely. Pool was heated for an extra charge and worked out well for the couple times we went for a swim. Master bedroom is very large, the other 3 rooms are small, but certainly fine. Newer washer and dryer worked well. Host was easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

Peaceful Palm October 2024

We found the Peaceful Palm property to be better than advertised! Quite area, great property, well stocked kitchen, clean pool, attentive hosts which resulted in an OUTSTANDING experience! Our group of 4 has been renting houses in Mesa twice a year for over 5 years and this by far was the best experience we have had! The kitchen was better stocked with appliances than our own home! Margie checked on us regularly and answered all our questions. We wanted to book a stay at this property for March of 2025, but its already booked. But we will return again. Best we have found! Dk

Beautiful house + MOST ACCOMMODATING HOST

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Peaceful Palm property listed on Bella Palazzo, and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is stunning, offering a serene and luxurious escape. The interior is beautifully designed with elegant furnishings and a calming color palette that instantly makes you feel at home. The amenities at Peaceful Palm are top-notch. The spacious bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are modern and spotless, featuring all the essentials and more. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the dining area was perfect for both casual and formal dining. One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor space. The lush garden, with its vibrant palm trees and tranquil atmosphere, is an oasis of relaxation. The private pool was a delight, offering a refreshing dip during the warm days. There’s also a cozy outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. They were incredibly accommodating and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their local recommendations for dining and activities were spot-on, enhancing our overall experience. In summary, Peaceful Palm is a fantastic property with wonderful amenities, and the host’s hospitality makes it even more special. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway.
