We have inspected the windows to ensure they are functioning properly for future guests. Thank you for your detailed feedback of our home! We're so happy to hear that you found the beds so comfortable! For future guests to note, the pictures on our listing are updated and accurate. There are a few steps to reach the front door to this home. On the ground level, you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is then a staircase to the second floor with the main living space, as well as one more bedroom and bathroom. Finally, there is a set of stairs to the loft sleeping area. We encourage all of our guests to reach out in advance of their stay if they have any questions about the layout or accessibility of a home. We are available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm Pacific time via text, phone call, VRBO message, or email. Bears are prevalent in South Lake Tahoe, and in advance of all guest stays we send out a text with information on what to do if you have an encounter with one. In addition, at Lakeland Village, we do request that all guests text us if they have trash in their bear bin so that we can pick it up and no trash is left in the bins overnight.
