We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious and is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We GREATLY appreciate the host for accommodating our requests during our stay and for making sure that we were good during our visit. Summary: Spacious House with a Super Host who ensures your stay is going well!

Pueblo Moon was the perfect location for our family weekend. The location is perfect distance to Old Town, Balloon Fest, Mountain Adventures, groceries, restaurants, shopping and much more. We enjoyed the pool and firepit in the backyard and had plenty of space for our group of 11 to enjoy time together and relax. I highly recommend Pueblo Moon for your next get away in ABQ!

This location is not only spacious it’s beyond beautiful. It felt secluded and safe while creating a relaxing environment. It was clean and all check in/out instructions were presented clearly.

Wonderful getaway home in Albuquerque!

This home was the perfect place for 6 women to stay for a long weekend visit to Albuquerque! We had plenty of space for everyone, and the common areas were cozy and welcoming. The kitchen is well-appointed and the lovely living room is perfect for long talks and lots of laughter. The location was very convenient for outings. We had a great trip, and this home helped make it so memorable.

The Peublo Moon property was awesome! We really enjoyed the pool and the space, which was plenty for 15 people. A couple of things to note:1) The property has a cooling system upstairs and downstairs and is very effective. The Master bedroom located on the upper level gets the majority of the cold air flow upstairs and will cool very fast so you may not realize it til you get ready to go to bed how cold that room gets if you leave it on.2) I did not realize there is no shower on the 1st level, only a half bathroom. Both full bathrooms are on the 2nd level, so my elderly father could not make the trip upstairs and we had to find an alternative for bathing. Just an FYI note that could make a difference in booking a place for longer days. Otherwise, the location was in a very quiet, nice neighborhood! Easy to get to from the freeway. I would stay again!

Wonderful accommodations for our family trip

This house worked perfectly for our 4-family get together in Albuquerque. We loved the comfortable beds, quality linens, and good floor plan. The house was well stocked with plenty of dishes & silverware. The neighborhood is quiet and felt good to us. The property managers were excellent with communication and responsiveness! Highly recommend.

Spacious Dream

This place is meticulously kept with ample space for my work crew of six. Rents out very fast. Would have loved to stay another week.

In Town for Work Meetings

We all work together and love spending time with each other when we are in person. A VRBO was the answer (plus it saved us money!). Communication was top notch. The house was wonderful, the pool was a nice touch; however, the swamp coolers left a lot to be desired in the Albuquerque heat.

Good stay, great hosts, highly recommend

Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The rental agency was extremely responsive and kind, and the property manager Brian was above and beyond in his responsiveness and thoughtfulness (including the fact he mailed us free of charge a necklace that our 6 year old had left behind, immediately after we messaged him about it).There are a few minor things here and there like outdoor furniture that are in need of repair and TLC, and kitchen appliances and amenities could use some updating, but this didn't affect the quality of our stay. Everything was easy, spacious, and the perfect fit for my family of 8 who ranged from 6 to 81 years old. Big thanks to Brian and to Irvie Homes!!

Time with Family

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Parents and children from two different states met here to explore your city. We spent time relaxing by the pool, visiting until late hours and just catching up with loved ones here. We were able to see balloons in the sky every morning from the balcony, while enjoying our morning coffee. What a treat. Time is precious and you allowed us to do that. Thank You

Check-in: We opted for early check-in which can be done for a fee. Initially, I experienced trouble getting the door code from the check-in site, but the property managers were quick to rectify it. There was a garage door opener we opted to use during the week which made access easier.Pool: The heated pool was excellent, especially during the spring trip we took where the night air can be brisk. The wind added a bit of tree debris to the pool, but the cleaning service came mid week and cleared it right up. There is a pool box with noodles and floats. Plenty of towels too.Kitchen: My favorite part of the kitchen was the oven. It preheated quickly, temps seemed accurate, and it had an intuitive digital interface. There were plenty of pots/pans, utensils, flatware, cookware, and dinnerware. There are two large refrigerators; one in the kitchen and one in the garage.Living Room: The smart TV has streaming services already logged in so we did not need to use the Roku we bring with us on trips. Bedrooms had TVs as well, but we didn’t use them. The couches were quite comfy.Bedrooms: The mattresses and bed springs felt new, and the bedding was comfortable. I sleep lightly but was never awoken when my spouse moved. In other words, the bed was very quiet;)Cleaning supplies: All bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen were well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper with extras on shelves in the garage. We never felt like we would run out.

Very cool spacious house in nice neighborhood loaded with every utensil and comfort you need. Garage was spacious and empty so could actually be used. Pool was clean and has super easy to open and close pool cover. We paid to have it heated in late September and it was just right. Lots of pool floats, pool chairs, and poolside towels too. You can't tell from the photos but the main den has three steps down to get to it and cross over to the breakfast/kitchen area. Also steps out the patio door to get to the pool from the den. You can move from the main floor bedroom to the kitchen to the pool without the steps but it was important for us to now how many steps our mobility impaired guest would be dealing with.The heat pumps were not that efficient at catching up with the temperature inside the house but with the outside temps in the 80s down to the 50s at night a few open windows and we were comfortable in no time.The downstairs trundle bedroom has more space than appears in the photos. Extra working fridge on garage was a bonus.Super easy checkout; pile the used towels, load the dishwasher, turn everything off, take trash out, leave. The property managers are professionals and very communicative with thorough and complete pertinent information.

The house was in a good location and big enough to house all of us. However, we had some issues with ants in the kitchen. The kitchen was left dirty and the cabinets were covered in ants. The host was responsive and sent pest control right away, however, we dealt with ants the entire stay. The house was also fairly dirty upon arrival and a cleaning person was called in by the host to clean on the first day. The pool was heated, as per our request, and comfortable.
