Noisy? Never in 14 years has our front of building condo been noisy: no road, no cars, no pedestrians, no garbage trucks. On your Nov 20-25 visit, you wrote me late Nov 23: "Hi Colleen, Jane got us settled in nicely....she's been very helpful. We are keeping ourselves busy exploring downtown, spent the day on Salt Spring yesterday and are wine touring today. Thoroughly enjoying all of it! Regards, Darcie" Then Nov 25 in the morning, a day later, you comment online on noise and make no mention of what it was, or its frequency. If you had wanted to have the noise stopped, all you needed to have done was phone or email me with the details. But you didn't. Odd behaviour that, isn't it? Colleen

What a changed evaluation, Brenda. What you wrote me Personally was very different, asking I provide free your 3rd guest waiving that daily fee to prevent you no increased costs due to your recent accident. You stated: "Hi Colleen We have had a fabulous time. The miniature village is something everyone needs to see. Very impressive. Butchart Gardens was also a wonderful day. Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Brenda" Instead publicly you state the home is aging. Where? It has been recently during covid repainted, carpets, linens and the headboard are only a few months old and the upholstered furniture is regularly cleaned and comfortable as you stated having used the couch for your 3rd party to sleep. Our recliners guests love after walking all day, and the imported, inlaid DR set continues to offer comfort and good looks with its glass top and care given it. I provided so much email help to you for a 3 day stay, I must address your lack of appreciation for ALL you were provided, including welcome champagne which you never mentioned. The multiple condo pics online show EXACTLY the condo's interior you selected. And many reviews mention the superb comfort of our King bed. Did your mobility limitations suddenly in a cast cause this attitude shift? Colleen

A bad start from the trouble left behind from the previous same day departure guest taxed all involved, but was rescued by everyone's willingness to bend a little to allow for pleasurable outcomes. Thanks, Paul, for your patience while I rounded up help! Colleen

Wonderful guests from Iowa full of exuberance and energy who pre planned numerous activities and enjoyed them all in this new geography. They were also very helpful with a sudden problem we jointly solved. Colleen

Patricia , you were very organized from arrival time with plans and tours that had you fill each day with new discoveries and then could enjoy a late west coast sunset at the condo, reviving for the next day's adventures. I'm pleased our onsite water side restaurant generously encourages guests to share their lovely patio for leisurely meals and even reading. Coming from San Fran and with you so enjoying Victoria, speaks well for this northerly Pacific city. Colleen

Hi Bonnie - Holidaying in Victoria while Hurricane Irma came ashore near your Florida home was worrisome there for awhile, but I'm glad you escaped w/o huge damage and could enjoy all you tried in Victoria.
