The Space:

Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, and spacious island for effortless meal prep. Dine in style at the large table for eight, set against a lush greenery backdrop. Step outside to the expansive alfresco area, where a gas BBQ, outdoor dining for eight, and a sprawling lawn invite you to enjoy leisurely afternoons. Stay active on the private tennis court or let the kids explore the climbing frame.



Drift off to sleep in four bedrooms, each offering ocean views, ceiling fans, and heaters for year-round comfort. Escape to the air-conditioned primary suite, where a king bed ensures restful nights, an ensuite offers a refreshing retreat and a walk-in wardrobe keeps things organised. This bedroom also offers a private balcony, perfect for sipping your morning cuppa while admiring breathtaking coastal vistas. Rest in the second bedroom, featuring an ensuite and a king bed that easily converts into two singles upon request. Recharge in the third bedroom, featuring a queen bed and direct outdoor access. Settle into the fourth bedroom, offering two single beds and a wardrobe for effortless storage. Refresh in the walk-in shower of each ensuite or indulge in a soothing soak in the main bathroom’s bathtub.



Stay productive in the dedicated workspace, complete with a built-in desk for two and bookshelves stocked with a curated book collection. Keep things convenient with a washer and dryer. Arrive with ease, thanks to ample on-site parking.

Please be informed that there is ongoing construction adjacent to the house as part of the wellness zone project, expected to be completed in early January 2027. Rest assured that no work will take place during your stay, so you will not experience any noise or disruptions from workers.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

This retreat is perfectly positioned for exploring the Margaret River region. Just a two-minute drive away, Redgate Beach is the perfect spot for swimming and surfing. Wine lovers will appreciate being only three minutes from Mr Barval for premium tastings and five minutes from Redgate Wines, where you can savour a cheese board with wine. A 12-minute drive takes you to the town centre, home to local favourites like Burger Baby for casual bites, The Spot Italiano for authentic Italian, and Settlers Tavern, famous for its steak sandwich. Nearby, The Village shopping mall offers all the essentials. On Saturdays, don’t miss the Farmers Market, just 11 minutes away, where you’ll find fresh produce and gourmet delights.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are ample of free parking spots available on the property.



Airport: 50-minute drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.





A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Please note that infants must be included in your TOTAL guest count, in compliance with the city regulations and STRA licensing.
