Super Unterkunft

Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und hatte eine tolle Zeit in Las Vegas. Das Haus war sehr sauber und auch der Pool wurde wöchentlich gereinigt. Wir hatten mit einigen technischen Problemen zu kämpfen und kontaktierten daher den Vermieter und uns wurde auch sofort geholfen. Auch die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben und alles war vorhanden. Danke für alles Andrew

Not the best experience... Not the worst either

Message to the owner...... Hey Andrew, We are out of here tomorrow and I would like to say thank you for the hospitality but our experience here wasn’t a good one. First, like I mentioned before the pool was and is dirty. The pool was one of the reasons why we liked this property.... so that was a major let down. Secondly, the kitchen sink is backed up and apparently the garbage disposal needs to be reset. We decided to cook dinner last night and while using the sink my girlfriend calls me out there because it was getting back up. She went to press the disposal button and nothing. She reaches in the drain and pulls out a crunched up shot glass (which we still have sitting on the sink for you). After doing so we decided not to reach back down there since that was a dangerous enough discovery. We don’t drink so that was definitely not us!! Third, the TV situation sucks. No cable?!? We don’t have subscriptions to all of these programs other then Netflix. The point of renting a home is having the comforts of one.... even if it is Vegas. So that’s a huge bummer. Fourth, having the cleaning guy show up when we got here for the towels being left in the dryer and wet ones up on the wet bar.... wasn’t cool. And fifth, we understand security but the cams inside is rather creepy. We appreciate the security thought and being able to cover them but we weren’t feeling that either. I honestly told my Queen if I would’ve known of the TV situation (being basically Netflix) and the cams inside I wouldn’t have rented this property, and the pool made it even worst. We would have informed you earlier of this issues but didn’t want to be dealing with maintenance men and things being fixed when we’re supposed to be on vacation. Other then that the grill was great lol and the location is cool. Again thanks for letting us spend time at this property, but it’s safe to say this will be the first and last time...... and the automatic trash can door is broken. 😔

Amazing! Comfortable and close to the strip and convention center!

Great place to stay! And Andrew was incredible! We would definitely recommend this house. We loved it! Great open floor plan, lots of space. We walked up to the store for groceries and even did some shopping at Ross and Marshall’s for a few items we forgot (all within walking distance). Super nice, thick towels, and an extra-long bath tub - great for a soak after a long day on the strip! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks again, Andrew!

Very Clean House

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a great location and was very clean! The only complaint we had is that the sliding glass door in the master bedroom didn't have thick enough curtains so it let in too much light at night.

Perfect House, Perfect Location

Our group had a great stay and would definitely come back! The house is even better than the pictures and had everything we needed. Close to the strip (~$12 Uber ride), close to Downtown Las Vegas (~$10 Uber ride), close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Book this house, you will not be disappointed!

A beautiful, modern and open home!

Upon walking in to the house you immediately see how the open layout is so welcoming. The house is absolutely gorgeous throughout, from the appliances to the bathroom fixtures. Andrew was very responsive to any questions we had and was very accommodating to a NY requests I had. The house is conveniently located next to a shopping center and is a short ride from the strip. My group was able to enjoy all the amenities of Vegas without feeling like we were paying for it. The beds were comfortable, the pool was refreshing and we had a great stay.10/10 would do again!

Great Family Vacation

This spacious home was perfect for the 6 of us. It is very close to some of the major attractions, which made travel after a busy day at an amusement casino easy. There is also plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The area was quiet and we loved the security. The home was clean and had everything we needed, Everyone loved the private pool and amenities. The owner is friendly and very helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you Andrew for everything :)

Great place. Very clean, modern and comfortable

Being off the strip gave us that choice to have a quite night when we wanted it. Having Netflix and the pool table was awesome in those nights. The place is clean, modern and very spacious. You do need to rent a car or Uber it to the Strip for about $9 per trip. 5 min walk to the mall. Had a great time in this place.
