Nestled just a 2 minute drive from the Tamworth St shopping district, all of your needs are catered for with an IGA store, butcher, cafe, beautician, newsagency, pharmacy, and hairdresser. The Orana Mall is also just 5 minutes, and is home to Woolworths, Big W, JB HI-FI, Bed Bath N' Table, Strandbags, Dusk, Cotton On and more! Wake up with the help of a coffee from The Harvest (750m), Blend Sixty-Six Cafe and You Galah, before venturing over to Victoria Park for some picturesque picnicking. The South Dubbo Tavern dishes up affordable & delectable dishes in a family-friendly setting with a playground.

Admire the stunning traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden at the Botanical Gardens and after, treat the kids to the adventure playground. Other Things to Note:
Fireplace: This property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

The property features 2 operating security cameras - one is at the front door and the other is on the front patio, overseeing the driveway. Please also note that guests will be required to use their own login if wishing to use the streaming platforms available on the TV.

Interaction with Guests:
