I’ve been coming to Branson over 50 years and I have finally found the cabin of my dreams! This is by far my favorite place we’ve ever stayed. The views are spectacular and the cabin so cozy. We will definitely be staying here from now on.

Happiness with inn

We had the best time staying at Happiness With Inn. The view was beautiful, and the home was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Comfortable, fully furnished, fun and convenient.

We loved our visit—cabin was great, pool and lake were very close, boats were accessible, jet skis were a hit, shows in town were terrific, restaurants were very good and Kenny was amazing- he alone is worth coming back to put a topper on any vacation.

Incredible find

We loved it so much we extended our stay! A great halfway point between the heart of Branson and Silver Dollar City (about 15 minutes to either). We are already planning to return with friends and family again soon.

Beautiful cabin - perfect for large family

Our stay at Happiness With Inn was so wonderful from start to finish. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and easily big enough for 12 people. The view was so peaceful and we loved the proximity to the pool and the treehouse playground. It's so close to everything to see and do in Branson and the surrounding area. We didn't bring a boat, but the free boat slip is another big draw for future years. We plan to stay here again!

Great lakefront lodge

We loved our time here. The house was great -- perfect setting right on the lake and a quick walk across the parking lot to the pool. Our family (adults and kids) enjoyed the water amenities on the lake dock (small and mid-size kayaks, paddle boards) & the water trampoline. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with nearly everything you'd need for cooking. Very clean. Enjoyed our view! I'd come back again without question.

Life Group multiple family gatherings

Our lifegroup has 4 families that have 9 kids 10 and under. They are all the best of friends! We decided to vacation in Branson at Christmas time it was a wonderful decision. The kids all played at the cabin while the adults made decisions about what studies we would do the following year. The cabin had everything that we needed.

Cabin and location were beautiful. Would have been 5stars but the fireplaces wouldn’t work. The property manager told me to look for remotes, which we never found. It almost seemed intentional since both gas fire place remotes were misplaced. I text the host and they said someone woudl be out but they never came. Also the water drained slow in the bottom level sinks and showers.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beauty of the cabin and its location. We sincerely apologize for the frustration with the fireplaces and the drainage issues during your stay. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we regret that we weren’t able to resolve those items in real time. Your comments are appreciated and have been shared with our team so we can address these concerns and improve for future stays. Thank you again for staying with us, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

Beautiful home and location!

Home is gorgeous and set perfectly on the lake! We enjoyed our stay. Only note I would make be the home has minimal necessities. The home had plastic containers in kitchen with no lids. Another example would be there wasn’t even salt and pepper. The bedding was limited to sheets and a thin duvet which wasn’t enough for the cool October nights. The master bathroom shower had a pebble floor that was moldy.

Amazing Christmas Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 13 stayed at the Happiness Lodge it was absolutely incredible. We loved the space, the decor and the views. It was so peaceful and exactly what we hoped it would be. The only issue is that the bunk beds were very uncomfortable for our teenage girls. The mattresses were so thin and noisy. They did not sleep well that week. Some of them ended up having to go sleep on couches. Also, the coffee pot needs to be replaced or cleaned. It took an hour for it to brew. We ended up just going to buy a cheap one for the week.

The actual decor of the home was beautiful! We had some issues with plumbing in the master bedroom, doors locking us out, and the tv in the main floor not allowing us to stream what we wanted. In reaching out the owners, they were very responsive however proceeded to enter the home without us being there even after I advised I felt more comfortable with one of us being there. I think it was a little annoying dealing with these issues in itself but going against my wishes really just made it frustrating and I just decided to leave the situation as is. We also were under the impression that we would have access to a private hot tub, per the listing and the photos but there was not one on the property. Again, the home is decorated beautifully but there were little things here and there that could’ve been prevented and made our stay more pleasant.

Thank you for your thoughtful and honest feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet expectations. While we're glad you appreciated the home's décor and found our team responsive, we sincerely apologize for the plumbing, lock, and TV issues, as well as for entering the home without your presence—especially after you expressed your preference. That was not our intention, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We also regret the confusion about the hot tub and will review our listing to ensure it accurately reflects the amenities. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll use it to improve future stays. Thank you again for staying with us.

Family Thanksgiving went great!

We had 13 family members stay in this cabin and it went off without a hitch. The space is perfectly planned to allow the kiddos to enjoy fun and their own tv in the basement while the adults have some space to catch up. We never felt cramped and the space was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and I was honestly blown away with what all they provided- lots of towels, cups, plates…. The kids also thoroughly enjoyed the play area that is right next to the cabin. You can tell everything was very well thought through. I was also very impressed that they delivered a pack and play and 2 high chairs so that we did not have to pack them. Overall it was a GREAT experience!!! We did have everyone bring their own pillows and that was helpful as theirs were not the best but slept comfortably with our own. I would have maybe brought a few blankets if I did it again (there comforters are pretty thin).

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful setting and accommodations! Any items that needed to be addressed/fixed were immediately handled. The onsite concierge, Dan, was wonderful, too! Suggestions: guest sign-in book with list of helpful hints (icemaker not operable and how/where to obtain ice and no remote for the gas fireplace and Dan would need to turn it on); pillowcases for extra pillows in bedroom on top floor; add a shelf or bench in top floor shower for toiletries; and place wall mirrors in each bedroom.

Pre-Anniversary Getaway

Everything they said would be there was there. You don't need to bring kitchen dish towels or dish cloths. They had plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags etc. Plates and cups were abundant along with silverware. Something about the mattresses was off. Everyone complained about them. Kid's loved swimming in the lake and we all enjoyed the pool. Perfect having the kids all in the basement. Glad to have laundry services. The smores welcome box was great. I would make sure the gas grill has a full tank of gas or at least half full so that you don't run out when cooking. Had to finish in the cabin on the stove. Wednesday pool and music night with a fire was great. We all enjoyed the music. Lot of popular songs. Fun for kids in the Hulu hoop contest. We did not like our night visitor on Monday night. A skunk that would not leave our deck and my son and family could not get into the cabin with their groceries. The people we met were very friendly. I feel it was a great success. their groc.

Good Family Reunion Location

The amenities were a big selling point. A very nice pool, a responsive maintenance staff and an excellent dock with numerous water sport options provided our family many activities. It’s location a few minutes from Silver Dollar City was another plus. The house was spacious and clean but showed some wear. The mattresses need to be upgraded and some of the kitchen pots and pans need replacing. The deck furniture is nice and the view from the large deck is excellent. We would consider renting again in the future.

Relaxing stay at Branson Shores

We had a lovely vacation on Table Rock Lake and Branson. The weather was much cooler than is typical for the end of May but it didn’t stop us from having a wonderful time. The home is large with many areas to hangout. The pool and hot tub were especially nice and we loved the boat dock, fire pit and numerous kayaks. Everything we needed was well thought out. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!
