Perfect Stay for Visiting Family

We had a great experience with this rental! We live nearby and rented the home for family visiting from out of town, and it worked out perfectly for us. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for their stay. The canal-front setting and quiet neighborhood were also a nice bonus. Chris and the iTrip Pensacola team were wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and made the entire process easy from start to finish. We will definitely keep this property and iTrip Pensacola in mind whenever we have family or friends coming into town and need extra space. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family Trip

We had a wonderful family trip. They loved fishing in the canal. The house was perfect. It was quiet and very relaxing. The beach/bay and stores are not far from home. The host was responsive when we had any questions.

We had an excellent stay at this canal-front home in Gulf Breeze. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect, with beautiful canal views and easy access to the water, which made it ideal for boating and fishing.Everything was exactly as described, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and the house was very comfortable. The entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book this house again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great waterfront getaway!

Was clean for the most part the grill as not clean and under the bed there was trash...host was very easy to communicate with wasn't very good fishing really wasn't any fish there other than that we had a pleasant stay

Vrbo never lets us down

House was beautiful and clean just as it looked in the pictures. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from the backyard. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Gulf Breeze Stay

House matches the pics. Very cute and had a great view. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not too far from the Pensacola Gulf Pier.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to recreation areas as well as urban areas. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly. Would definitely use Itrips again!

The property was very good and my party had a great stay. We had no trouble with stairs, but for anyone with mobility issues, this is not a good choice, so keep that in mind. The views were great and overall the place was furnished well. I was disappointed that visitors are not allowed to stock the kitchen with spices that can be left behind or coffee pods not from the property manager. It would have been nice to be able to leave foil, coffee pod, spices and other useful items for future guests. We did leave two whisks since none were provided. The fishing was not as good as we had hoped since the neighbors on either side are beginning property development and the water has been muddled. We did catch some crabs and fish were seen jumping each day which was very cool. This is a great choice for a stay and I will probably be back if I come to the area again. Thanks to the hosts.

Beautiful house on canal

This beautiful home is exactly how the pictures looked on their website. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed with the condition of the home. I would say the only thing that we missed is tv’s in the bedrooms and a fan because that’s how we fall asleep at night. Most people don’t use those things anyway but with traveling from Wisconsin we didn’t want to go out and buy them. I’m sure if we had contacted the vacation property management team I’m sure they would’ve did their best to accommodate us. We are definitely coming back to stay next year and for a month. We cannot wait!!! Thank you for the memories and many more to follow.

Stayed for a few days to see my son, who is stationed at NAS Pensacola. We enjoyed our stay! The linens are super clean and everything is updated and new. Close to the beaches and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Everything you need - including cookware. Kitchen is stocked with equipment but be sure to bring your own spices and condiments. Some coffee available too but no sugar, so have that with you. Would recommend owner have a few more pillows handy- but otherwise it was a perfect stay!
