Dette er en smuk, betagende udsigt over hjertet! Du kan se bølgerne bryde ved kysten helt til Destin og Pensacola i den modsatte retning. Gulv-til-loft-vinduer i hele enheden giver simpelthen den bedste udsigt over bugten på Navarre Beach. Bare et absolut fantastisk syn.

Denne fornemme tre soveværelse, tre badeværelser Caribbean Resort condo er det perfekte tilflugtssted! Køkkenet blev netop fuldstændig renoveret med åben udsigt til stranden med skabe i helt træ og smuk granit. Lejligheden i sig selv er en meget stor, fuldt møbleret, strandinspireret 3 soveværelser, 3 badeværelser, der har enestående udsigt over bugten og lydudsigt fra flere soveværelser !! Tre rummelige soveværelser inkluderer en forreste master suite med panoramaudsigt over bugten, et gæst soveværelse, der har udsigt over bugten, og en tredje master-størrelse suite med 9 fod lofter overalt. En åben og rummelig grundplan er dekoreret med stranden og solen i tankerne. Alle tre badeværelser blev også opdateret med smukke træskabe og igen, smuk granit med dekorative firkantede bassiner.

Endnu bedre er, at opgraderet strandtjeneste er inkluderet i den natlige sats (1. marts - 31. oktober hvert år). Hvad du får er en paraply, to loungestole, et bord og en time hver dag på en kajak eller paddle board. Yderligere tjenester tilbydes også til meget rimelige priser for ekstra gæster.

Million Dollar View is the PERFECT name for this Property!

Don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was super perfect for our family girl’s trip! 3 large rooms with plenty of space and gorgeous views! We would definitely rent this place again!!

Great place to stay, I had a great Birthday weekend here. Relaxing with a beautiful view. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Nearby restaurants were great, and not crowded. Would stay here again.

Navarre Beach Fun in the Sun!

Absolutely beautiful views and immediate beach access combined for a fabulous opportunity to have a wonderful vacation enjoying the emerald green water, sugary sandy beach, and wonderful seafood at close-by restaurants. Chilling out to the max!

1. Blind slats missing - esp in master bedroom - disappointing

Hello Mark. Please inform me during your stay so that I might at least have the opportunity to correct that for you. If slats are not opened correctly, they can get bunched up and pop off a slat. One beaded string opens the slat perpendicular to the glass while the second string pulls all the slats open and closed. The only other option besides slats is to have curtains, but then you would not have the opportunity to adjust for lighting as much. Most of the time, guests leave the blinds open for beautiful views during the day and the dark sky and stars at night.

Waking up in the middle of the night and seeing the stars was so amazing. Waking up in the morning to the ocean view also amazing. Condo is clean, kitchen is stocked, elevators are not overcrowded whatsoever. I would love to stay here again!

Yes, you can see the stars at night right from your bed. It is amazing and beautiful all at the same time. It's one of my favorite features. Being AT the beach is also very nice. You don't have to pack a car or walk a long distance; you're AT the beach. I'm so glad you enjoyed yourself and welcome you back any time.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our visit to Navarre Beach! This condo was perfect and that view is absolutely gorgeous! I could sit on the balcony all day long. Great location, great amenities, great communication with host! I would definitely book with Liz again.

Best trip yet to Navarre

We have been coming to Navarre for 25 yrs and this was the best yet. The condo had the most functional layout and provided with the right stuff. Liz was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. “Million dollar view” is nowhere close to capturing the true value - we saw pods of sea rays and dolphins swimming up And down the coast as well as hunting as a cooperative group. 20 enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

Great place

We really enjoyed our time here. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us. Very responsive. One thing I want to point out is that there are cameras above the doors which was a bit strange. Constantly being watched. Cameras are not on any other floors of the building that we stopped on. As far as the unit goes, only thing that needs updating is the pots and pans. They were very used. Overall the place was great! We would rent again!

Badly needs updated

The condo hasn’t been updated in 25 - 30 years. The kitchen sink sprayer gets stuck in spray position, many of us were sprayed in the face. Tile throughout the house is so old, it looks dirty. Pillows and towels are very low quality. For the price, I have stayed in much better units.

We all have different tastes. Each year we try to do at least one capital project. A new dining room set with bar stools, a coffee table, a TV stand, and end tables were added last year. Just two years ago, the kitchen was totally renovated with all new wood cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and modern lighting. Thank you for letting me know now about the sprayer. I will fix that and alert the cleaning company of your response regarding their linen. All three en-suite bathrooms also have new wood cabinets, granite countertops and undermount sinks. There are new TVs. Bucket chairs and living room sofas are five years old. The tile in the bedrooms were recent upgrades and are beautiful, large 16" creamy white tile replacing carpet. Pictures on the website show what the condo looks like.

Beautiful condo but frustrated with host.

We planned this trip back in May of this year. A last minute getaway for myself, my parents, and siblings. There was 7 of us in the condo. When I searched for listings I didn’t specify the exact number of guests because I was just looking for availability. When I booked I forgot to change it. A simple mistake. I was honest with the host and let her know it was actually seven and not two (which is the default setting.) She had no mercy on me for making an honest mistake and charged an additional $1400 because we “needed armbands to access the beach through the pool area” and “it would be monitored by security”. There was NO ONE wearing armbands. There was NO security and no one checking anything. The host completely took advantage in my opinion. The condo slept 10 people and we had 7. The condo was also not stocked with ANYTHING cleaning wise. Maybe this is normal for condos now days but normally they have at the very least hand soap! We had to go buy trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. There were also no sheets or bedding for the pull out beds in the couches. We pulled comforters off of the bedroom beds to put on the couch bed for one of my siblings. There were water bugs also in the bedroom when we arrived. The back bedroom shower wouldn’t drain properly. There was sand on countertops. It wasn’t the cleanest but not filthy. Despite the host issues, the beach and Navarre itself were wonderful! We will definitely be returning just not to this host.

This registration was for 2 guests at a discounted rate for a week. I wrote to the guest twice and confirmed that there would be just 2 people. Adding guests is written in her rental agreement which I also asked her to read. I was not notified about the additional guests until the day of her arrival which was a surprise. The reservation quadrupled at peak season in July. In changing the reservation through VRBO from 2 to 7, charges are automatically applied. The property is stocked according to the number of guests which includes armbands which allow access to the pools and the beach and is monitored. Also in the agreement, it is noted we do a one-time set-up which includes dishwashing tablets, some kitchen bags, hand soap, paper towels, stove cleaner, dishwashing liquid, extra sheets and pillows for the one sofa sleeper which provides 5 beds total. The building has pest control service. Yes, Navarre and the beach are wonderful.

I come back so often that it just makes sense to have a place on the beach. And this is not just some beach; it's gorgeous with spectacular views that you just can't get enough! Retiring from my profession as a professor, I have shifted gears and now do rentals in New Orleans and Navarre Beach.

The view is phenomenal! Upon first view, it made my heart beat wildly and thought this is it! The view is too unbelievable to pass up. After looking around, the building is in good very shape and it offers a nice pool and two hot tubs. There's plenty of parking out front and the upgraded beach service makes an outing at the beach so much fun! Nearby is a community park which has its advantages of an even more quiet and relaxing shoreline with lots of seashells waiting to be marveled.

Three bedrooms and THREE PRIVATE EN-SUITE bathrooms!!
Community Park at the corner.
Boat launch at the corner.
Volleyball courts and tournaments at the corner.
Eats, drinking establishments, entertainment and the infamous Pier at the corner; all within walking distance.
