Hi Christine, We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the home and found it comfortable—this is exactly the experience we love our guests to have. We appreciate your understanding regarding the exterior presentation. As noted, works are underway, including repainting and landscaping, which will significantly enhance the overall appearance of the property. Hi Amy, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We understand the Fetch box setup may have been a little confusing—while the property doesn't include WiFi, guests are welcome to use their own mobile hotspot if they’d like to access streaming features. Many of our homes don’t offer internet access as part of the experience, encouraging a chance to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with the natural surroundings. We’re glad the beds were comfortable and that you enjoyed the peaceful location. Warm regards, Verina and the Freycinet Holiday Houses team
