My friends and I had a great weekend staying in this cute lakefront house. Some wear & tear on the property, but otherwise very clean and well kept. Pretty well stocked with kitchen basics, towels, etc. We had an issue with hot water, but the host was very responsive and had it fixed for us within 2 hours.

House was decorated very cute. It was very clean. However the beds could use a little love to be more comfortable. Would stay again. Great place

Quick Trip

Quick trip with the family. House was clean & exactly as described. Quiet lake. Kids were disappointed with the lack of fish in the lake but kept busy with the paddle board & pedal boat.

Lovely older home with great access to lake.

Everything was very good. Only real complaint was watered down handsoap in bathrooms.

Girls Getaway

Had a wonderful time at the Lakehouse we rented in Paw Paw, Michigan. Beautiful, spacious home that had everything we needed to enjoy a fun girls getaway!Loved the cute coffee bar, great backyard setup with a fire pit, but especially the gorgeous lake view.I think we found our perfect place for annual girls getaway!

Quiet and cozy

Perfect house for a girls trip! Clean and comfortable home, plenty of room for 6 girls. 2 full baths, large dining table, warm and cozy great room. Beautiful lake view and lots of outdoor seating, live music downtown and good restaurants too!

Great Two Family Vacation

Had a great trip with family 4 adults and 3 kids. Enjoyed every part of the property. House was great for cooking meals and getting a break from the water and heat. Outside was everything you could ask for. Access to boats, and paddleboard made exploring the lake fun and convenient. Would highly recommend

Cozy girls getaway

Fun girls getaway! This house is beautifully decorated and clean. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. Big table to gather for meals and cards/games. Cozy living area to hang out or watch tv. You can walk outside to a beautiful quiet lake. Plenty of outside space and seating . Great spot for fire . Highly recommend!

Just got back from a relaxing Labor Day weekend at Serenity Cottage with the family. It was a lovely home complete with everything we needed. The location is quiet, cozy and clean with ample outdoor seating to enjoy the lake views. The water was nice for swimming and the use of a canoe and paddle board was a real nice bonus. It’s very close to town for wining and dining. The kitchen was well stocked and there’s also a grill. We were with our adult kids and their spouses, so 2 bathrooms were a must. The bunk beds were too small for an adult man, but luckily, there are two very comfy couches in the living room. It’s also pet friendly!! Thank you for sharing your peaceful cottage!!

Peace and Serenity

We had a lovely stay at Waterfront Dream. The cottage is welcoming, neat, clean, and beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, clean, and adequate. The house is well maintained and the property is well kept. The kitchen and grill were sufficient for all our meals. The dining room table is great for games. The lake setting is so peaceful and enjoyed by the canoe and paddle board provided. There were nice chairs and cushions for enjoying the lake setting. The indoor sitting area was also very nice. The hosts are welcoming, informative, and helpful. It was a perfect and easy get away site. We would be happy to return.

The house was a good size for two adults and 4 children. Too small for 6 kids. There was a beautiful view from the living room, master bedroom, and porch looking out onto the lake and riding in the canoe and paddle board was a lot of fun. The house was probably built in the 60's, but the one of the bathrooms and the kitchen has been remodeled. The grill outside was in excellent condition. The cleanliness overall was okay, not excellent. The bathroom floors could use a good scrubbing and the floors in general needed a good cleaning. We also needed a few more towels. For a family of eight, we were only given six towels. And the pack n play had no mattress. We wrapped up pillows and blankets in an extra sheet that we found in a closet as a makeshift mattress. I would suggest bringing your own pack n play if needed. Overall we had a good stay. The kids had a great time. It provided what we were looking for in terms of the ability to be on the lake with the kids, but I do not plan to return to this property.

This was such a beautiful home! Spacious & clean. Perfect for our book club weekend to relax on the lake. The listing was accurate & photos proved true. We had zero issues & fortunately did not need to contact the host for anything.

Inaccurate listing \ Non responsive hostThe listing was inaccurate with respect to sleeping arrangements. The advertised king sized bed was actually a queen. Notifying the host resulted in walls of AI generated responses seemingly intended to deny, delay, and deflect. I especially liked when they told me that I was wrong, it is a king size, caused they 'studied the pictures' (screenshot included). Look elsewhere if responsive hosts and accurate listing details are important to your stay.The house itself was adequate. The water pressure in both showers was extremely poor. There's a spot on the deck off the back of the house is sagging, a potential hazard. Dining room chairs are wobbly and loose. Ignore the pictures of the fireplace, you aren't allowed to use it.

This property was perfectly situated for proximity to amenities in the town, long walks and bike rides, not to mention water sports, such as canoeing (which we did with the canoe on the property), SUP-ing, and swimming. The waterfront was very inviting for picnics and relaxing in Adirondack chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms very functional.
