Wonderful three night stay

Condo and property were beautiful! Pool area was very nice! Could have been a few more amenities provided, i.e. Kleenex in bathrooms, beach towels, etc., otherwise great place!

Great Condo!

Clean and spacious for the 6 of us! The room with two queen beds is very dark and quiet - perfect for sleeping in on vacation. Owners were very accommodating & helpful. Would stay here again!

Bobbi Jo was great to work with. Had a problem with the fireplace and Bobbi Jo had a maintenance person in there the next day to repair it. Her response to our emails prior to coming up and during our stay was immediate. We spent 3 weeks at this facility, and I spent the first few days cleaning. Mopped the floors twice, cleaned the Refrigerator, but not the freezer as we did not use that area. Stove top was greasy and the oven was not clean, so we choose not to use that either. Microwave was clean and we did not use the dishwasher as there was no need to. Condo really needed to be deep cleaned, and a fresh coat of paint. On the plus side it was a great location, good security, nice beach, and the condo was a great size.

GREAT condo! Hot Tub Broken Was a Bummer

I absolutely love this condo! I have stayed in it twice now! However, it was a huge bummer that the hot tub was broken during our stay.

Great Condo

We loved this condo, we were worried about the sounds on the first floor but didn't hear any other neighbors the entire time we were there and the first floor turned out to be super for loading in and loading out. We love this location as its close to the bike trail as we like to ride downtown. Five Stars!!!!

Lovely condo in Traverse City

We enjoyed the condo very much. Extremely peaceful after the rush of the holiday season. While it is not beachfront there is a beach view which will truly be lovely during the warmer months. The fireplace was a nice bonus as while we visited the city had frigid temperatures and 20” of snow. Good trip and would recommend.

Condo on the Bay

We rented this condo for a girl's get away weekend. The condo was very clean and comfortable for the four of us. We all loved the view from the beautiful balcony where we had morning coffee in the sunshine. I will keep this one in mind for a future rental.

Overall this condo was great and the location was perfect for what we needed. The only thing is just be aware when you come you're going to be expected to start laundry. For what the cost of the renta was to rent, I was surprised that this was expected. I missed this when I booked the unit because had I read this I probably would not have chosen this condo. When I'm on vacation I don't want to have to do any chores. The other thing that wasn't clear to me is I thought this unit was facing the water and it was not. But that is probably on me. Next time I book I need to ask more questions.

Very good.

Great place wish the fireplace worked and second bedroom could have been arranged better. Ditch that giant chair and push the beds closer to the table. We did really enjoy our stay and we were very comfortable

Great place, mostly pros...a few cons

Overall, this condo was a great place to stay. It was bigger than I expected, clean, the beds were comfortable and the place was quiet throughout our stay. It was located near many restaurants and close enough to enjoy all the wineries. A few cons...the listing indicated there was a hot tub, however, when we went to find it the first night we were there we discovered it was covered up and not available for use. That was a huge disappointment to us. The instructions we received stated we would need to strip all the beds, start the dishwasher, empty all the garbage cans and take all the garbage to the dumpster. Normally I would not complain about having to do all that but when you have to pay $150 cleaning fee...I guess I expect to have to do a little less.

Cleanliness and/or condition of furniture

The whole condo either needs a deep clean or a paint job. The couch and the chair with the ottoman were very dirty. The couch was even ripped. The couch was impossible to sit on because the cushion was so flat. I realize this is a rental, but these are things the owner needs to replace just because of wear and tear. This was not damage done by renters. The nightly price was quite high considering the condition of the unit.

Not quite as listed

I got an email the day of our stay stating that one of the bathrooms wasn’t working. I was told specifically that the second bedroom had a tv, not so. The oven wasn’t working properly. I’m asking for some compensation for the above inconveniences.

Right on US-131

The property is nice; very clean and updated. But it is very noisy given that it is right of US-131. Instead of hearing the lake with your condo windows open, you hear the incessant noise of a busy highway. When you are at the beach, you can't hear it - and the water was great. I wouldn't stay there again, just because I prefer a quieter venue, but if that doesn't bother you, it was a good price for a condo on a beach!
