This property was a great fit for our extended family get together! Plenty of sleeping arrangements, nice yard for the kids and beautiful gathering spots in the kitchen, living room.

Our family had a great week here! The house provided everything we needed and slept our big family perfectly! We also rented the pontoon for a day and had the best day out on the lake. Thanks for the ease of communication as well!

Wonderful place for a large extended family. Plenty for everyone to do. The early evening quiet hours were a bit limiting. 10 PM would be more reasonable. But we tried to comply to the early evening hours the best we could. A bit more toilet paper would’ve been great too with 19 people staying. . Other than that, we are definitely talking about a return visit next year. We had a wonderful time and loved this VRBO!!

This house was a great for our family. It had plenty of space and there was an additional bed in the basement that wasn't in listing which was nice. The only negative we had was that there is no bathroom in the basement, all 3 bathrooms are on the main level so you have to walk upstairs to use one of them. All 3 bathrooms were great and the on suite is super nice. Also to get to the garage, you have to walk outside or go thru a bedroom, wasn't an issue for us.

This place is amazing. It has just about everything you can want to entertain and accommodate a large family on the lake. Communication was great with the hosts and the place was super clean. The dock accessories and float pad were a huge hit with the kids.

Family Weekend

Lawn and lake were great. Loved the swim platform and lily pad. Enclosed deck was nice as well. Secluded.

Our family sure had a great time at the cabin. Enough room for all of us and so much to do. The kids loved the lake and we all enjoyed the kayaks

The place had plenty to do for kids and adults. The view was good and the outdoor grill perfect for our large family dinners. There was a smell on the north side by the holding tanks that was not great depending on the direction of the windThere was only one coffee maker, which for us was not enough (9 adults) and we had to make three rounds of coffee each morning.The movie/entertainment room was great for tweens and a quiet spot to just chill.Plenty of water things and a nice fire pit to enjoy.Plenty of bath and beach towels.Only one roll of paper towels but plenty of kitchen cloth towels. The ice maker wasn’t working so we had to buy ice. And could use a dresser in each bedroom.But we did have fun and enjoyed the location.

Relaxing stay

Property is better than photos show! We loved a relaxing stay. The weather wasn’t great for some of our visit, but the house is so well equipped with the game room and theater room that we still had so much fun! Kayaks, paddle board and pedal boat were bonuses on our sunny days.

This place was awesome. We had pretty good weather and made use of the lake and floating island. Internet is fast. We had about 12-15 phones on the WiFi and it was no problem. WiFi reached to the lake, very nice for streaming music. Lots of room inside. Garage with games!! Would recommend!!!

Great Getaway

Great getaway with everything needed for family fun. Enjoy Kayaks, campfire, grilling out, infoor kitchen, movie theater, board and card games. Fun for all ages at house. Water fun with supervision. Thanks for the new memories.

Memories made

The house was beautiful and filled with family antiques some like the fire truck were tough for our 3 yr old grandson to leave alone. Bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Our grandkids are 7 yrs old down to 1 1/2 yrs old so the waters edge was a bummer because it was all rocks. They enjoyed throwing rocks. Had we known there wasn’t a beach area and only rocks we would have brought water shoes. Fire wood we were told was under the deck. It was leftover decking. The man who takes care of the property brought fire wood and said anymore wood we would be charged for so my husband went into town and bought more. We used the boat one day and had a blast with the slide. Kids had a lot of fun playing in the water. Water toys are pretty beat up but kids had fun. One day the water was so green that we went to a man made lake nearby and had an absolute blast. Beautiful beach and clean water.Solar lights on the deck steps would be helpful at night. We got some from Walmart super cheap and have lasted years.Overall we had a nice time. Our grandson left a note that he didn’t want to leave so we take that as a win😊

While firewood is not a provided amenity at our property, we are glad our team member was able to assist you upon arrival. Our natural Wisconsin lakefront features a rocky shoreline with two public sandy beaches located nearby, and we feature labeled switches for our floodlights and outdoor step lights for nighttime navigation. We also regularly inspect and update our water equipment, including recently replacing both our canoe and paddle boat. We appreciate your feedback as we continuously maintain our home, and we are glad your family created wonderful memories during your stay.

Great Place for a Summer Getaway

The house was perfect for our group, 7 adults and 11 kids. The kids really enjoyed all of the extra amenities like the water toys and rec room. We did have the neighbor stop by to tell us the kids were being too loud but he was respectful about it. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there were plenty of towels and extra linens.

Such a wonderful place. Swimming was easy for young children at the pier. Rented their pontoon w/slide, probably the most enjoyed event for the kids. Newly renovated and well maintained. Neatly decorated and all the amenities included. The movie theater was a huge plus for everyone, the popcorn popper also a hit but bring your own prepackaged popcorn. Ryan the host answers his phone all the time and nice to work with. Very pleased!!

Beautiful Lakeside Home

This place was a beautiful place to stay with tons to do. The only difficulty we had was the neighbors called to complain at 9:15pm on a Friday night with a noise complaint. Our kids were simply enjoying playing volleyball. Other than that it was a great place to stay with lots of room and amenities.

Outstanding

Best experience our family could've hoped for!! Definitely a 5-star rating. This home is SO well-furnished, we left a lot of what we brought packed. The indoor/outdoor games were great. Our grandkids and their friends (all in their early 20's) had a ton fun. If you like like to kayak and fish, this is the place. We will book again!

Great stay on Lake Arbutus

Our group of nine had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spacious and clean with nice decor and furnishings. The lake was great for swimming, and the kids had a blast on the swim raft and lily pad. The kayaks were fun too. The garage full of activities was a great bonus. Our only complaints were the basement was very damp and the ceiling fan in one bedroom didn’t work. The owner did send an electrician to try to fix the fan but he wasn’t able to. Overall an excellent lake house!

Beautiful Place, Beautiful Lake

We had 14 of us staying in this property. It was very clean and very nice. The reason for our stay was to go ATVing on the local trails. There are an abundance of great trails, however, for those going for that purpose; the trails are great, just very dusty (it was super dry) and glorified gravel roads. The second day, we decided to stick back and enjoy the house and the lake. There were plenty of towels at the property and the kitchen was well stocked. We did have a couple of minor things; but nothing to write home to mom about. There was plenty of parking room for trucks and big trailers. Overall, a great experience.

Great getaway with family and friends

Really enjoyed the property and all the amenities. It was exactly the place we were looking for. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of beds and kitchen was large and open. Game room and movie room were a bonus. Being right on the water with my boat slipped at the dock was nice as well, However, I have a larger deep V 19 foot boat and had a difficult time with making it fit properly on the dock due to size of dock and depth but we made it work. It did get bounced around a little with all the boat traffic so make sure to bring at least 3 or 4 larger bumpers along. You always have the option of renting the large pontoon but since I brought my own we didn’t need to. We really enjoyed the game room, even most of the adults. Place was very clean and the owner was very responsive to me when I had a question. Unfortunately fishing wasn’t the greatest due to all the runoff we had from the rain and a mayfly hatch but from what I hear it can be a good lake to fish at the right times. I would definitely rent again if I have the opportunity.
