Hi Timothy, this homeowner works hard to provide an enjoyable stay for guests and they would like to clarify the following details:- We encourage guests to thoroughly review the listing before booking, to ensure they find the perfect vacation home for their needs. The listing does state that it is a daybed that converts to a king bed. The bottom of the trundle pulls out to become a king-size bed, but we’re sorry if this caught you off guard.- The TV was inspected after your departure and is fully functional. We do apologize that you were uncomfortable and we wish you had reached out during your stay about operating the TV. We would've been happy to help you troubleshoot so that you could enjoy the home.- While we regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that our most recent guests reported no issues. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!
