Nye granit bordplader! Prisbillig er nøgleordet for familievenlige Baywatch Condominiums. Denne to-værelses, to-bad enhed er lyst og luftigt. Nyd den smukke udsigt over Santa Rosa Sound og Baywatch egen sandstrand og Duck Pond fra din egen private balkon. Cykel-og vandrestier gør det let at gå eller ride til Peg Leg Pete, Fort Pickens State Park eller stranden på Golfen Side ... eller bare nyde de bløde bølgeslag på lyden side. Private tændte dock er fantastisk til fiskeri eller nyde solnedgangen. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize seng med 32 "vægmonteret fladskærms-tv (også privat dør, der fører til balkonen). Det store badeværelse har en walk-in bruser, ingen karbad. Det andet soveværelse har dobbelt overtage det fulde køjesenge med fladskærms TV / DVD (perfekt til børnene). Stuen har nyt (1/2016) 43 "fladskærms TV / DVD og sovesofa. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden. Trådløst internet og kabel-tv. Havegrill og picnic borde med udsigt lyden giver den perfekte havnefronten spisning mulighed. Tildelt overdækket parkering til to biler. Valgmulighederne er ubegrænsede som det er sol og sjov, så kom til Pensacola Beach og tage hjem fantastiske minder gratis! Denne enhed er placeret på anden sal med ingen elevator. Nice place on the bay to swim or fish

Kids could fish off of the dock. There was a small beach to lay out or swim. Good place for a family with kids. Will visit again.

The condo is located across the street from the beach but the beach side condo's are gated so you have to drive to the beach. The Wifi is terrible, so make sure you have a lot of data banked before you go. The kitchen was great. Condo was on the small side but clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed how the television and appliances were up to date. Also there was plenty of room for everyone. Another feature that I found very nice was that we were walking distance from the beach, and the trolley ran from the condo to town which made getting around very easy. Thank you so much for setting up such a nice place for my family and me to stay on our vacation.

The shower pole in the second bathroom show signs of alot of rust, that could be changed out as well. But other than that, everything was fine. Great Location - Didn't plan to stay inside much anyway...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floors had long course black hair all over them when we arrived and one of the tubs didn't drain. They did send someone over to fix the drain pretty quickly though. The living area was nice, but small for our 6 member family (it sleeps 6, but doesn't really have much room for all 6 for hanging out). The kitchen was VERY small, so if you plan to cook most of your meals just be prepared. Being just across the street from the beach was nice and we ended up spending most of our time there anyway.

I had stayed in this same property 2 years earlier and the company had no record of my stay due to a new computer system. However, they still gave me a return stay discount which I thought was just amazing. It made me want to use this company for all my travels to Pensacola. The property was newly remodeled and so clean. We especially loved the added touch of beach toys!!! Another positive aspect was the speed at which i received my deposit back and the politeness of the staff. Great experience overall!!!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this condo during Deluna Fest and the place exceeded my expectations for the reasonable price. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for away-from-home cooking and eating. The appliances were in great shape, the bed and other furniture comfortable, the view of the water as advertised, and the grounds of the community were well-maintained. Pensacola Beach itself was amazing -- my first time on the Gulf and WOW! That water was so blue and the sand so white. What an absolutely beautiful beach. The festival was a blast (the two mile or so walk to the center of "town" semi-bearable in the heat), and the people of Pensacola Beach super friendly. I had such a great time that I will be back, probably not for the festival but during the winter when my cold Virginia bones need warming up. I will try to rent this place again. Thanks for making my stay so welcome!

Could have been better

Location was the best as the beach was walking distance and is quiet and away from the party. Property was extremely disappointing and filty. Carpet was a nightmare. It was impossible to sleep in as none of the windows have good curtains so the sun shine on your face at 6 am every day. We found some roach droppings in the kitchen cabinets and the worse was to find a hand towel with what it looked like poop stains from previous guest. Also we had a surprise visitors that came to do a window insurance quote that took 30 to 40 minutes of our time and when I called Southern Vacation, no one knew anything about it. We made the best out of our stay, but with so many good choices out there, I will never use Southern Vacation Rentals again.
