Incredibly conveniently located. Very clean and comfortable. Host left kitchen and bathroom kits, which was awesome. I couldn't think of any details that I would change. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful townhome

This place was beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed. Perfect location. Our son is at NAS and it was halfway from the base and the beach.

Great Rental

This place was fantastic! They provided a fully stocked kitchen with even a high chair, provided us with extra trash bags and laundry/ dish detergent to help us through the week, and overall excellent communication. We loved the gated community and the access to the pool! Thank you for letting us stay!

Awesome townhome and location!

This townhome is beautiful and the location was perfect! Being close to both the beach and downtown allowed us to enjoy the events at both locations daily. There are so many fun things to do, so close, many within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the beautiful pool on site.

Our stay in this townhouse was awesome! So close to everything and in the middle of downtown with many things to do and see! The townhouse its self is amazing! So much room and the pool is so nice! We will definitely be back!

2nd time staying

This is the second time staying here and it was just as great as it was in May. Our son is at the NAS base and it’s convenient because it is right in the middle from the base and the beach. Very convenient

Quick Getaway to see the Blue Angels

The condo was very clean and everything you need.We did not know that all bedrooms are upstairs, my daughter had knee surgery 5 weeks ago. The pool was nice.

Perfection

This is our third time staying at this location. We have a son that is stationed at NAS. It’s the perfect location equal ways to the base and to the beach. Close to downtown. Lots of options to eat and shop. The townhome is always clean and has exactly what we need for our stay. The owners are great!

Holiday

Pool needs to keep up with rules. More towels are needed, blackout’s curtains needed in master bedroom. Bathroom need to be inspected before check in.

Great Stay!

Our recent stay at this Pensacola condo was fantastic! From the moment we stepped inside, we felt at home and comfortable. The decor and furnishings set the tone for our vacation. The condo itself was immaculate, super clean and loaded with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The spacious living area provided the perfect space for relaxation and quality time with our family. The location of the condo was also ideal, a 14-minute drive to the beach. We liked the 10-minute walk to downtown Pensacola. We actually spent most of our time there. There are many delicious restaurants, and shops. The Wahoo stadium was close by. There are several parks within walking distance. If you time your trip right, you can catch the Blue Angels practicing at NAS. Our kids loved the pool. There are several parks close by. We enjoyed exploring the area and experiencing everything that Pensacola has to offer. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch accommodations, look no further than this gem in Pensacola. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Christmas in Pensacola

The condo is as listed, it was clean and the right size for my family of 4 adults. Check in/out and communication was excellent. It's close to downtown, the bridge to Pensacola Beach and the Naval Air Station. This was our airman's 1st Christmas away from home (Texas) and the reason for our visit. We were disappointed with no Christmas tree in the condo when I asked about it. For us, all 3 bedrooms need black out curtains. The rooms were very bright at night from the streetlights, especially the master and made it annoying for sleeping. Two of the beds were good, the third had my 19-year-old waking up with a sore back. Walls were marked up downstairs from furniture scraping the walls and all 3 barstool cushions were ripped/torn. Bring your own paper products as stuff supplied (toilet paper and paper towels) is the cheapest of cheap. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and storing food. Loved that. Extremely minimal and blurry cable service for local tv to catch up on the weather and news.

The home was very clean. One minor problem was solved promptly with excellent response from the host. I recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again on our next venture to Pensacola.
